You can cause many natural occurances basically on demand with HAARP, because it heats up the Ionosphere and the waves then reflect off the Ionosphere to wherever you want them to go. I do find it odd that the night before the Indonesia Tsunami, people reported seeing the Aurora Borealis. Prime example of the waves heating up the Ionosphere.
