does anyone think or know if it's possible whether any of "TPTB" could have capabilities to control the clouds in a motional picturesque kind of way?
the reason I ask is because over the past few years I have certainly seen some strange going ons up there not to mention so have others but what was witnessed the other day was like a complete short story of the gospel, of course I lean towards the "Stephen looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God" as well as other "cloud" type scriptures thing but a legitimate question nonetheless

I haven't looked into it as much as other topics, but my conclusion is that it must be HAARP. It is a program in Alaska that supposedly researches the northern lights, but is also responsible for a lot of weather patterns. I believe these changes are created through intense vibrational patterns, but I am not totally sure.

THIS explains those noises you guys are hearing for long periods of time too i believe. however the video is sketchy and i suspect they put in rain sounds and threw some water over clarkson for effects. top gear does that ish all the time. but still the ideas are all there and real

i dunno what you guys know about jesse ventura, but just because he talks to alex jones does not mean he speaks lies, i love this man for his hard work more then anyone ive ever seen. He is a legend. I can provide some legitamacy to his credibilty if anyone wants.

i decided to count the dots on this video as well as when i went on that same website which showed the same pattern elsewhere. these dots in the turkey greece area when this video came out have mostly consisted of a grid of ~240 dots. the haarp in alask has 360, perhaps some others have around that number and each dot is an antenna? just an idea would love to hear any feedback.

It's gotta be HAARP. You can cause many natural occurances basically on demand with HAARP, because it heats up the Ionosphere and the waves then reflect off the Ionosphere to wherever you want them to go. I do find it odd that the night before the Indonesia Tsunami, people reported seeing the Aurora Borealis. Prime example of the waves heating up the Ionosphere.

I think they are perfecting Project Blue Beam before they give the world the full shebang.

A few months ago I saw a few clouds that looks just like angels. I could make out distinct details, like robes, facial features, and even some feathers on the wings. All of them were carrying weapons and seemed to be flying quickly to the south in a sort of "assault". The weird part was, they just hung there in the air for a few hours, and the images did not change at all....

that's more like what I'm talking about, clouds that came from all directions then formed a large circle before the story commenced with a woman-ish looking figure rising from the grave, angel with a trumpet, a little cloud that came to the middle etc. I'm just having a hard time grasping that they could do so with such precision or why they would go to the expense/extent, surely there's none that can just start painting the skies with the slightest of detailed strokes and movements

One of my favorite obvious "secret" sky play videos....

Does that look like something nature did? Does God use a straight blade razor on clouds now?

If I am right, I think the fact that you asked and started the thread, says that your heart already knows the answers. We don't have to know everything, we just need to know enough!!!!
Keep looking up !!!

yes it would seem to make the only sense but what do you think is meant by "And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men" vs "And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."?

Well, ironically enough...the planes were up in the air...SPRAYING like crazy. It's been a while since ive seen them up there spraying...and was wondering what happened, until today. So, as i've done before...i'm going to go out on a limb and say, expect CRAZY weather from the mid-west to the east coast, in the next 2 or 3 days.

That sounds like a famous incident that happened a while ago, these guys saw shapes of animals in the clouds:

Ham. Do you see yonder cloud that’s almost in shape of a camel?
Pol. By the mass, and ’t is like a camel, indeed.
Ham. Methinks it is like a weasel.
Pol. It is backed like a weasel.
Ham. Or like a whale?
Pol. Very like a whale.

Hamlet. Act iii. Sc. 2.

Because of course NOBODY could ever possibly see the Aurora in late December, and of course earthquakes should never happen along the Pacific rim either!

Wow, just wow. People used to fill in their lack of understanding about the world, by filling in the gaps with "God did it". Now, they fill in those gaps with Conspiracies. Here is a hint - late december, when that earthquake happened, is one of the best times to see the Aurora Borealis.

I also have photos of Polar Stratospheric clouds over Greenland too, on around Dec 22 of 2004 also. I should try and weave those into a conspiracy sometime. Making conspiracies is so easy, it does not even require thinking!

Simply put, no, we do not have the technology to move clouds. We do have the technology to make rain fall out of clouds, though (cloud seeding).

Yes we do have technology to move clouds.

Go read "Angel's don't play this HAARP" book, it is one of the best out there.

Yes, that is the book that started this ridiculous HAARP conspiracy. Still can't move clouds, though.

Not just the book, but also radio amateurs and those knowledgable about the ionsphere and magnetsphere and the dynamics of the planet.

Go play with radios on low frequencies, go read up on the science of the planet and the Sun, it is all there.

Well not even that, we can try to get a little bit more rain to come out of a cloud. But if a cloud that is not already raining, probably cant just make it start raining.

Some of these people attribute anything and everything to HAARP, its like some catchall they can use. No matter what happens, someone will just chime in that HAARP did it. If these people are so insistent that HAARP is something nefarious, then why dont any of them go enroll in the University of Alaska and be an insider!
