OP, how do you know what someone is feeling?
are these people distant or close to you on a daily bases?
If you dream like this then write down you dream with date and time.
If it becomes true, have the main person sign off on it. You may be amazed either way, but normally when your idea is put to the test you will find out your perception may be a little off on what you first believed.

Hi folks, guess this is the right place for this, I did some google searches but couldn't really find info I was looking for. I often dream what people are thinking and feeling, dream about situations that are happening or end up happening and sometimes know what people are feeling. I've noticed lately that this gets much better when I'm really tired, I can guess what people are going to say or what's going to happen next in a situation when wrecked. Also works if I'm really tired from using a computer too much I'm wondering if anyone has any explanation about this? I've been reading a lot about the nature of conciousness, how the brain can re-edit perception to make it fit what it expects in certain situations so that what you perceive is not always actually what happened, so if anyone wants to make a rational explanation of this I'm open to that too

All empathy, heck even intelligence in general is based upon pattern recognition and the integration of the pattern into the observer.
Empaths really don't "feel" the emotions of others or anything, it is just that Empaths have a conscience + are really good at mimicking other emotions internally. As per why it seems to "work better when your tired" is because when your tired a) your own ego is weakened and b) when tired your in a borderline hypnotic state. Thus your able to integrate patterns more easily into your psyche.

i don't really buy that. i'm one of those bright eyed and bushy tailed folks. i am usually full of energy. rarely tired. and i feel nearly everything. i don't think it has anything to do with delirium. at least in my case. in fact...when i'm tired...i get very cranky and don't want to be around anyone.
