I still want to see his school records, every other president but him has released the records
Why do you post lies like this?
How about showing us all these records released by all the former presidents, or just admit you lied!

Here is the evidence that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. I don't know how they manage to do it but it's pretty clear..we are being taken for a ride. As much as I hate it, he is still a U.S Citizen because his mother was from here. Him being born in Kenya doesn't matter.

No, he is not a US citizen just because his mom is.....if he's born in a different land (regardless of who did the birthing) he is not officially a US citizen. Just cause momma can walk back across the border with a child in hand does not make him a US citizen. Generally speaking any child born in a different land becomes a auto citizen of that country according to our state department. However, as long as both parents have alligence to the US and no other country IE they are both citizens, then in this case any child born outside the US would be classified as a natural citizen....with this being the only exception.....
SO the question would then be, is Barry's daddy a citizen? NO? Then Barry aint a citizen if born out of the boundaries of the US. Both parents must not have a conflict of interest and just merely having a green card isn't enough......Sorry Barry mi' no habla
He would have to go through a verification process.

Barack Obama Barack Obama (born 1961), 44th president of the United States, was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to a U.S. citizen mother and a British subject father from what was then the Kenya Colony of the United Kingdom (which became the independent country of Kenya in 1963). Before and after the 2008 presidential election, arguments were made that he is not a natural-born citizen. On June 12, 2008, the Obama presidential campaign launched a website to counter what it described as smears by his opponents, including conspiracy theories challenging his eligibility.[69] The most prominent issue raised against Obama was the claim made in several lawsuits that he was not actually born in Hawaii. In two other lawsuits, the plaintiffs argued that it was irrelevant whether he was born in Hawaii,[70] but argued instead that he was nevertheless not a natural-born citizen because his citizenship status at birth was governed by the British Nationality Act 1948.[71] The relevant courts have either denied all applications or declined to render a judgment due to lack of jurisdiction. Some of the cases have been dismissed because of the plaintiff's lack of standing.[26] On July 28, 2009, Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued a statement saying, "I ... have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."[72] On April 27, 2011, the White House released a copy of President Obama's "long form" birth certificate.[73]

Actually it does.
Birthplace matters unless it was a military birth.
Birthplace does not matter, as long as one of your parents are a naturalized U.S. Citizen. So lets say a family goes on a trip to Germany. The wife is pregnant. She ends up having her baby while on the trip in Germany. You are telling me that they would deny the child U.S. Citizenship because they were born in Germany? That would be downright ridiculous.edit on 8/5/2011 by DivineIntervention because: (no reason given)
