I May be New Here, but Not to What's Going On.

I doubt most people my around my age care about, or look into everything I do. I'm 16, and have spent literally half my life looking into the illuminati, aliens, vaccinations, flouridation, and other such topics. Like most, I started off just looking at a certain topic. After seeing what I had thought to be a ufo outside at night while riding back home and a dream that occured that night, I started to become obsessed with the subject.

Then one day a few years later it dawned on me. Who are the people who hide these facts? Why do they want us to not know them? While I may not have ever uncovered these questions entirely, I did stumble across the illuminati. It sounded so insane at the time that i pretty much gave up looking into things until about two years ago.

I'm not sure what most people thing of Glenn Beck, but I used to watch his tv show everyday until he got super religious in the past year. Anyway, he used to piece things together in a way that made sense, he made me question things again, and most importantly not be afraid to have opposing views to other people.

Since those two years have gone by, I have learned so much by conducting my own research and asking questions. So much so that I am able to take on anybody in a debate, including teachers. This path I have been taking has taught me a lot, and over the past few weeks I hav seen how great a site Above Top Secret is, and today I have decided to join.

I have some advice for you, Unplug for awhile and enjoy your youth.. You won't be 16 forever my friend..

I was the same as you, I became interested in these topics at a very young age, And as i got older i became fascinated by seeking the unknown..

Then as i grew into a adult I became disgusted, and disillusioned by the truth i had sought.. It's a curious road to go down.. But in the end it leads to the realization of what a sick, un-just world we truly live in..

I would 2nd the advice of Techyampire above. 16 is probably not a good age to be exposed to the reality of the world that you'll find on here, not to mention the generous portions of 'industrial strength crazy' served up regularly by the inmates.

I'd hate to think how i'd be now if I figured out how things work at 16.

ATS is best enjoyed in moderation and if not it will harm your health.

ps never feed the trolls. you'll attract more and troll guano is a bitch to clean :-)

Thanks, and dont worry. I have had a lot of experience filtering information, making sense of it, and whats true and is not. I apperciate the concern though. And, yes it can be hard to be pretty much the only one you know who truly understands how things work, but it is rewarding to explain and teach things to others.

Fair play to you my friend. Everyone deserves their right to search for something they believe in or are interested in. I was intrested from a young age, maybe not as young as you were, but everyone has to find a way of keeping off the streets and falling in to the mundane world we are all led to believe is true.

The world is full of lies and conspiracies, so keep searching and will look forward to viewing your posts and chatting to you in the future.
