The lies are tumbling around this poster,as I stated attention seeking is clearly what this is.

dont want to be rude but could you explain me why you first call him a "strange stranger" and then you know exactly who he is and were he´s working.

The quote you posted is about a neighbour, ( the window in vid is he's), when she went asking around if someone saw something. The stranger she depicted in OP is another person.

I don't want to argue - however you started it, so be my guest - finish it

No, I won't; it's all fine and cool.

Was determined to get to end of whole thread....got to page 9, fell asleep!
However it is now 3.47am GMT and I have woken up and I want to add this.(Hang on, just roll a ciggy!)
OK, first off, I don't know if it matters but all this seems to be happening in the SE, or at least this particular event is, and about a week ago BGS added a seismic station to their web page (they obviously must have more) but it is in West Acre, East Anglia

www.earthquakes.bgs.ac.uk...

Sunday I felt all day that everything seemed kind of quiet, still, like the 'calm before the storm' only more intense. The more I went with the 'feeling' I felt like I was waiting for some sort of huge bang or explosion that would make the ground tremble. Talked to my neighbour about it and she (who does not normally have these 'moments'!) said she had been feeling 'unsettled' all day. It was overcast and did rain shortly after our conversation, but she remarked how she hadn't heard any birds all day, which I have to admit I hadn't noticed! About half an hour later we spotted a pidgeon flying and settling in a very nearby tree. OK we thought at least birds are around. A few moments later the darn thing fell out of the tree which overhangs another neighbours garden.....we went to look.....no sign of the pidgeon ANYWHERE. All I am going to say about this is that it is the same day that Krakatoa gave off a ash plume but wasn't reported till Wednesday.

Tuesday, I was sat at my laptop occasionally looking out over my garden, and all of a sudden it was as though time stood still. It totally freaked me I can tell you! I checked the clock and it was 3.57pm, give or take a couple of minutes. I then realised that I had no idea how long this 'time stood still' had happened for. I had never experienced anything like this before. Again I went back into the 'feeling' and it was like being paralysed by shock watching some event unfold before your eyes but you just can't do anything about it. After a few minutes I txt one of my friends to try and explain what had just happened, and set off to my neighbours to 'get it off my chest' so to speak. My legs were wobbly, and my head felt disorientated whilst I walked over there, and I still felt 'spacey' when I sat down to have a brew with er at about 3.15pm. Again it was overcast, but it didn't rain.

I don't know if any of this helps in any way. All I know things, 'energies' if you will, besides the weather have been off kilter since last Sunday, and I don't feel my usual centred self at the mo.

Although I can hear the M6 from my house if the window is open, I have heard helicopter noises at 1-2 am for several nights now.....but it's as though they are hovering/circling the same area, and when the 'noise' stops....it does just that....it doesn't fly away like you would expect it to fade into the distance.

Will continue following this thread with interest.

Let me start by saying I am sure I won't have much credence here because I am not a regular poster. I have, however, been a 'lurker' for quite a while. However, after reading the information I am replying to - from nitro67 - I had to comment. I live in the Panhandle of Florida. The heat is always oppressive in July/August but the last week - and especially the past two days - has been downright... I can't even think of a word to describe it. Our weather has been very odd too. Lightning has been "flashing" instead of the traditional bolts we usually see and like others have said, thunder seems to roll longer and "crisper". Additionally, my iPhone app has been detecting lightning within 10 miles nearly all day, every day, even with clear skies. Today was one of those days. And here's where I will tie into what the OP described...

This morning on my way to work, it was 107 (with heat index) at 8:45 AM CST. On my drive, I heard a strange continual rumble in the sky that sounded like a mix between thunder and jets. Since I live near a major AFB, I didn't think too much of that other than it was odd it didn't seem to ever let up or stop. But what did worry me was that while driving, I started to feel like I couldn't breathe well. I don't have asthma, heart problems, etc. I am 40 and in very good shape. Yet, the heaviness in my chest was so intense, I pulled over, closed my eyes and tried to take some very deep breaths. At this point, although I found this pretty unusual and a little disturbing/uncomfortable, I wasn't really too frightened because again, I found a "logical explanation" - attributing it to the extreme heat and the fact that my car hadn't really had time to cool down on my short drive to the office. I also knew about the three earth-directed solar flares/CMEs so I thought that might be a factor too.

Anyway... the deep breathing made it a little better and so I got back on the road, got to work, went inside, and almost instantly felt better. This reinforced to me it was indeed the heat causing my symptoms so I forgot about it for a while.

Later, I had to run an errand for work and a very similar thing happened again. This time, however, the noise was higher pitched. And while my chest felt uncomfortable again, it didn't feel as heavy as it had in the morning but this time, my head also started throbbing. Yet...again, I finished the errand, went back to the office (indoors) and it all seemed to go away.

So, here's the thing... with many of us reporting similar sounds/symptoms, it seems we are near AFBs? I am thinking it very likely it might be some new kind of technology being tested? Maybe even perhaps an "invisible" craft that is breaking the light barrier causing the flashes and the sound? Or... the sun IS very active right now. Maybe this IS all solar flare-related? Or maybe some scientific technology to try and deflect these incoming CMEs or break them up (kind of like ultrasound can break up a kidney stone)?

Just some ideas that have been running through my head. I plan to ask a friend of mine here who is fairly high up in the AF in the weapons/technology arena but I am sure if it is something military, he won't be able to tell me much (if anything) at all.

That all being said... I'm going to go into woo-woo land for a minute and mention that I too have experienced some disturbing time anomalies recently. Such as hitting snooze on the alarm clock at 7:30, going back to sleep, then waking to the alarm going off again at 7:30. If this had only happened once, I would say I had just been dreaming but it's happened quite a few times. Also, time either "flying" or "standing still" - not just one or the other. Finally, experiencing very extended deja vu and MANY of my friends have been telling me they are experiencing these same things. Point being... something odd is going on and it all seems to be related somehow because it seems to almost like a symphony building to a crescendo... Very unsettling to say the least.

So, based on all this... I believe the OP. These same scenarios are just getting to be fairly common so that nothing really seems too outlandish anymore. I mean, I would never have believed what I just wrote above myself 6 months ago but these days almost have a "...down the rabbit hole" feel and I am just not sure about anything science/atmospheric/physics-related anymore. It seems like the traditional "rules" are changing somehow...

Hey Trix - I am in Tennessee - USA and am watching the history channel - this lady was in a car with three other people - saw a UFO and the three other people in the car have no recollection of this - she said they were in a daze. So at least there is one other story out there like yours . - You are not alone - Pardon the pun.

Thanks for your post Op. I experienced a similar event here in Detroit about a week ago during a thunderstorm around 4am. My boyfriend and I were sitting in the car watching the rain when a light flashed so bright that it frightened us. My boyfriend who is a big guy and is not afraid of much yelled out when the light flashed. The light was as you described it, it seemed to enter my body. The light was so intense and bright that I was afraid I'd go blind from it.

I didn't notice any aircraft cause it was raining. But the light was very strange.

So, it was a thunderstorm and you saw a bright flash. No offense, but...uh...the bright light is called lightning.

No this was different. It was extremely bright. The sky lit up like daylight. I have never experienced lightening so bright ever in my 34 years of life. I understand what you are getting at, but it was abnormal. My natural reflexes caused me to shut my eyes thats how bright the light was. I could still see the light even though my eyes were closed.

Last night at around 8PM my town had a 2 hour power cut, there were a few flashes out to sea, and a few inland, but no sign or sound of thunder, was a clear night too so we would have seen any lightning. Strange.

Everything was down, from traffic lights to street lights, saw a few helo's buzzing around my area too, but didn't really take any notice of them, as I thought they were police choppers. Though our county only has one. Clocked about 4 or 5 helo's toward the north of the town. Strange times.

And your Town Is?

LOL! Brilliant.

I'm not so certain what to make of this account, aside from the fact that there really isn't much to sink our teeth into. The fact that it was posted in the UFO forum, however, does make me suspect that the OP has come to certain conclusions about his information. But helicopters are clearly identifiable, and an unknown noise is not sufficient evidence to invoke a UFO context.

Whether or not this story actually occurred as has been described, I wonder if there is a certain bias on the part of the OP to explain and interpret his information specifically to deduct the presence of UFOs. Without getting information from the other people who were allegedly present, there may not be much to see here.

Already tried that. Apparently the only way to find out is to read the whole thread, no-one is willing to remind us where it is, although they're quick to say it's already been disclosed.

A)

Never trust a "witness" who spends hours making a "nice" youtube video with some "story" - too bad all/most FAKE videos are like this, they read like a bad Stephen King novel where the maker of the video spent some time with cheesy texts/subtitles.

B)

Your video shows nothing but helicopters - so what does this prove?

Very True...and of course he could be someone who grew up in America that is now living in England. I was just pointing out that the other poster had made a fair point about the accent. There certainly COULD be an easy explanation for it...but simply saying "not everyone talks like Harry Potter" doesn't really cut it in the explanation department in my opinion.

I know this is a late one but Bwwaaahhhh Haaaaa (I thought the Transformer thing was funny)
.

But seriously, nothing as strange as your case OP, but I live in Pasadena and the wild parrots that are throughout parts of L.A. County, have stopped coming around for the last two weeks. These birds always wake me up at around 5 in the morning, it's always been that way, now nothing, just like that, they seem to have disappeared. I have a friend who lives about 10 minutes away and he told me the parrots aren't coming around there either. As a matter of fact, there's an assortment of animals I haven't seen in a couple of weeks that are regulars around here, coyotes, peacocks, skunks and I hate to say it but even the rats seem to have gone bye bye. Very strange. Really weird about the skunks...almost guaranteed to smell them in the wee hours of the morning .

I did however, hear that rumbling noise back in February, during rain and it sounded like it was coming from under the foothills behind my house. It wasn't thunder either.

I hope you get to the bottom of what's going on over there and keep us posted

The three helicopters at the front look like Puma helicopters, can't tell the ones at the back the detail is too low. RAF Odiham is not too far away from the OP's location, which happens to the the Air Force base where all the large helicopters are located. Puma helicopters are primarily used for transporting troops of up to 12 per helicopter. I do not see why they would send this type of helicopter to investigate an event such as that described. They also look like they are flying in a type of display formation, again not what they would use for a combat type scenario. This is most probably just a routine movement of resources by the RAF. I cannot explain the rest by the OP apart from schizophenia or wanting to get a lot of hits on his You Tube.

Observing this thread has been like watching a good police interrogation. The same questions asked many different ways in order to extract information piece by piece to be reassembled in total to reveal as much as possible. Not unlike trying to get your girlfriend to tell you why she's mad at you.

This is just a gut feeling but I suspect that you probably experience phenomena that others around do not quite often.
My advice as far as your sickness is concerned is to be a little more cautious next time.
did only your family experience time loss or did you as well?
are you the only one feeling sick?

FYI:
In this thread www.abovetopsecret.com...
I hear a helicopter(s) in a hover at altitude. I am a military guy that works on helicopters and that is what I hear. It sounds like it's close by, but at an altitude of 1000' or so. A helicopter in a hover at altitude sounds a lot different than one low to the ground, in ground effect. Also, you tend to hear the aerodynamic noise from the rotor blades AND the transmission. Most people will not be able to differentiate the different noises. The transmissions of different types of helicopters make different sounds but they are all mostly a whine. Usually the rotor and transmission drown out any jet engine noise. You don't tend to hear the engines until they are closer to you. An AH-64 can be in a lowish hover in a tree line behind you and you would not ever hear the thing.

Also, the OP's vid shows helicopters in formation. They only do that for "show" since it's unsafe to have that many rotor blades that close to each other. They tend to get blown into each other and fall out of the sky. Looks like an airshow, flyby, or escort of some sort. And to respond to another poster.. you generally would not use helicopters to move supplies around. They suck up a lot of fuel and don't really have the capability to haul a heavy load efficiently. Conventional cargo planes would be the ideal method of air transport, especially in a modern highly developed are like southern England.

And I listened to the OP voice test and he clearly sounds English to me. I live in the midwest.

I am not claiming that the noise the OP heard is a helicopter, it's just what I hear in the other video.. in addition to some other noises that I cannot identify. Besides the chicken, I have 5 myself.
