A quick update following the almost-concluded debt ceiling negotiations paints a fascinating picture of Democrats and Republicans agreeing on one thing – the leadership fiasco that is President Obama. Democrats are so upset in fact, serious whispers of a primary challenger to Obama are now quickly spreading within the party.

As predicted last week by our longtime D.C. Insider, the debt ceiling agreement now appears to have indeed been”all but done” days prior to its actual public conclusion. What is equally clear is just how inept Barack Obama was during the entire process – and how deep current frustrations and anger now run against the president from both Democrats and Republicans in Congress:

The one thing that almost everyone did agree with was how “idiotic”, “moronic”, “pathetic”, “self-serving”, “arrogant”, and “scary” President Obama’s role was during the process. Those are actual descriptions used against the president, and most of them came from Democrats. Everyone stunned over how little Barack Obama understands about anything.

Harry Reid came out of a meeting with Obama over the weekend “visibly shaking” he was so angry at how little the president seemed to care about the process and related details of the agreement, and how flip and dismissive he was toward Senator Reid. “Just get something for me to sign Harry…” The primary concern of the Obama White House was the possibility of the debt ceiling issue carrying forward into the 2012 election cycle.

That would be what is now very serious conversations by some high ranking Democrats, and a few powerful donors, to run a primary challenger against President Obama. This scenario has been spoken of before, but now it’s getting very very serious.

Don't kid yourselves Dems/Liberal lovers. Obama has some huge problems-within his own party. No wonder the MSM and Pundits lovers on the Left are attacking the Tea Party so much. It is political nature for the Dems to attack anyone who Kicks the Crap out of them.

Now, they realize it isn't the Tea Party that is the problem. It is POTUS Obama. His ego will get him in the end.

Get ready for a Huge Tea Party in Washington D.C in 2012!!! I can't wait to fill the streets with NORMAL thinking people who only wish is to get the mis-guided country of ours back on track and/or away for the Socialist/Liberal Politically ignorant man.

Odd how the 'smartest' man to sit in the Oval Office for years (at least that's what we have been told repeatedly), is described as "moronic" by members of his own party.

I hope this doesn't cast a pall over Harvard's educational abilities.

There's a reason why he hasn't fielded questions from reporters yet. He's nothing but another puppet that was placed in power.

"Inept;cluless;ignorant":

"farkin' Democrat racists...

Next thing; they'll ask to see his original documents( diplomas; records;,degrees;licenses; birth certificate(s)...)

This thread would be a more satisfying ("we told you so");
if he wasn't at the helm and in a position to do serious lasting damage to the country.

I can't believe were hearing this about Obama, when we never heard it about Bush. I guess it all points towards how the presidents are marketed to the people. Some have pointed out how Bush was a much better speaker in his Texas governor days and sounded dumbed down when the president. I tried to show people Obama wasn't a good extemporaneous speaker but only a good prepared speaker due to his teleprompter usage. You wouldn't last long in a drinking game played with the "Uhs" spoken by the current president. I'm not defending Obama in any way, however even if he isn't real bright in economics, no president has been perfect at everything, that's why they have cabinets and advisers.

If i remember correctly, wasn't it the republicans that refused to tax the rich and corporations in favour of destroying the middle class??

To be fair to Obama, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place, this has been coming along for decades now, and Bush just sped it up. The only hope that was left was to get the rich to pay BACK what had been given to them in the bailouts. I seriously doubt that Obama doesn't understand what these cuts will mean, but his job is to restore confidence in the American public, so no matter how much he disagrees on it, he has no choice but to support it.

His been played like a rag doll in front of everyone and was forced to sell the country.

Wow you got a blog and an un-named source.
Crack journalism at its best.

Hey, I read on a blog the other day that someone who asked to not be named thinks bat-boy has a poor understanding of quantum physics.

On a website about denying ignorance, how does someone post stuff like this with a straight face?

lol. No doubt the "Insider" was some all mighty powerful billionaire republican who honestly believes Obama is clueless because he doesn't "get" that the elite need to keep their money, even if it means bankrupting the country.

If the "Insiders" are mad at Obama then I have hope he may be doing his job. It is the insiders that are the problem

I have a very little knowledge about political issues too and that's why I wouldn't think to be the president.

But what do I know?...until today I can find people saying he is doing a good job, I don't understand that. Maybe he only has bad luck all the time and everything is playing against him as a karma he got to pay from a previous life. Certainly it's a "HELLUVA" job, with so much s##t going wrong now. Economic colapse, japanese radioactivity, ilegal and space aliens, nuclear plants soaking in flooding rivers, bossy chinese, middle east countries starting revolution 200 years late, Elenin & Honda,....you name it.

I believe the best thing can happen to him is not to be re-elect, so if things keeps going bad with a different guy in charge, that will mean it wasn't his fault. But knowing just a bit the kind of man Ron Paul seems to be, the country will start to show signs of recovery and the current president would be looking kind of bad.

Today more than ever, I need to keep my faith in God.

Obama is a soros puppet. Follow the money that got him to POTUS and you will see. Soros is so far left that even alot of modern democrats have trouble swallowing his agenda...but the $$$ helps it go down smoother. The apologizer obama will only be re elected by massive voter fraud and payoffs. I believe we will have a strong conserative as POTUS in 2012 though....the writing is on the wall. Im ready for some TEA. Think about it...another puppet bowing to an agenda or someone who will buck the system and cut the puppet strings....I can only imagine a ballsy conservative doing that...send the RINOs home and primary EVERY incumbent up for re election!!

It never ceases to amaze me.

It seems we have yet another example of "education vs. intelligence".

I have often heard it said, "You can take the boy out of the country - but you can't take the country out of the boy".

It seems to also hold true that you can give anybody an education - but you can't make them intelligent enough to know how to use it.

I hope "noone' will take this to be aimed at anyone personally; but have you ever heard the term "educated idiot" ?

He doesn't answer questions from reporters because he can't. Without his script ready prepared by others, on the rare occasions where he was ad-libbing he has shown himself to be totally inept.

You never heard anyone give Bush a hard time over his policies and presidency? Did you by any chance live under a rock between 2000-2010?

Bush was one of the most ridiculed presidents in American History ( Though he did deserve it)

I really have to ask a serious question.
This is ATS where people post claims and blogs all the time. Usually they are met with a great deal of skepticism and looked at from as many angles as possible.

Why is it that in this same place, anything mocking Obama is just accepted? Almost every response in this thread just takes this unsourced blog article as gospel truth. If the subject were a Republican would it all go down so easily? If it were Jonathan Reed it would be questioned.

as posted by anon.

It is self-explanatory, IMO. As in: 'most of them came from Democrats' and 'Everyone stunned over how little Barack Obama understands about anything'.

wcitizen's post above says it all.... Without a teleprompter, Obama is just another G W Bush!
