Yes, Dulce was a turning point for a lot of people. And we may have a duplicate under DIA.
In general, bizarro stories that stay around for decades, while being investigated by multiple credible researchers, eventually have at least some truth to them. I just feel bad for all the people who bravely took the Truth forward to the public, and lost their lives for it.

(2010) MYSTERIOUS DEATHS OF SO MANY UFO RESEARCHERS
At this point, I'm having trouble understanding why this "everyone knows about it" topic of UFOs/ETs is still so secret and "officially denied".
Any thoughts?

That's an interesting article on the untimely deaths of so many UFO researchers -- obviously it was translated into English from some other language.
I suspect the reason they continue to deny the reality of UFOs/ETs is that it's easier to deny it than admit it's real.
If our government actually admitted the reality of ETs & UFOs, it would open up a can of worms they would quickly lose control of.
It might be difficult for people like us to understand, but there are people who would NOT be able to handle the truth. They would totally freak out. People hate change and they would have to change their view of man & universe.
They would also know unequivocally that their government has lied to them for decades.
Talk about the government suddenly being inundated with questions they don't want to answer. Instead of placating the masses, admission would only lead to more questions.
Our government does not want the masses to know we do NOT command our own skies. Can you imagine the panic?
I'm sure there are questions are government cannot answer; they do not want to admit they do not know.

... And today, no one trusts the government to tell you the truth about anything anyway. And the astounding evidence about ET interaction with Earth continues to mount:

"FORBIDDEN HISTORY"
What Total Disclosure of the ET/UFO conundrum would unleash, is the truth about the joint ET/Military underground bases and what they are working on. (And trust me, it's nothing to Benefit All Mankind, like a cure for cancer or anti-gravity.)
As well as all the Alien Tech taken from crashed ET-craft and back-engineered which - if properly understood and replicated - might be a problem for the global Balance of Power. (Although a lot of countries, including the 3 Superpowers, are all working on back-engineering Alien Tech. So the Balance of Power might shift slightly one way or the other for a time, but the global Balance of Power would hold.)
"Our government does not want the masses to know we do NOT command our own skies. Can you imagine the panic?"
There won't be any panic. At least nothing worse than the drumbeat up to the End Times in 2012 we all survived quite nicely. But the Gov/Military Secrecy IS A BIGGER PROBLEM.
After WWII, President Truman and then Eisenhower tackled the UFO/ET conundrum by telling our pilots to "order" any UFOs they came across "To land - now - or face the consequences." What happened was that our planes/pilots got shot down instead. So that old war-horse, Eisenhower, contacted ETs asking for Alien Tech - bartering away American lives thru abductions in payment. We don't need to chance anymore Deals with the Devil like that, since our governments and militaries can NOT be trusted to make the best use of Alien Tech.

But, Yes, if Earth Colonists are coming back to Earth, they will look like us - and be technologically advanced. Here is an older article on DIA, that is very detailed and interesting. Not sure I agree with everything in here, but it is very interesting to read:
www.anomalies-unlimited.com...
DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND ITS MYSTICISM
"What you don't see are 8 sub-basements, low- and high- frequency sounds that make people sick, air vents jutting out of the surrounding barren acres of fenced lots that have barbed wire along their tops - pointing in. Whole buildings that were constructed below ground level and then buried as is, the excuse being they were "built wrong".
"An entire runway constructed, then buried under a layer of dirt and "forgotten". The layers of workers and companies who were fired so no one would have a Big Picture. And workers even reported seeing Aliens working there.
"Granite was imported from all over the world - Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America - and used in making the main terminal floor. This is a ridiculous expense, especially when you're already over budget. They say, "The floor pattern echoes the roof design and subtly reinforces passenger flows". Ah...subliminal messages to move your ass. It might look pretty but would any of us know Chilean granite from Chinese granite? Or care? You can dye rock if it's colors you're after. Cheaper rocks."
(NOTE: Granite has embedded crystals, and line the interior of the King's Chamber in Egypt's Great Pyramid: www.gizapyramid.com...)
"The entire roof of DIA is made of 15 acres of Teflon-coated, woven fiber glass. The same material is on the inside as a layer, also. The place looks like a bizarre (but kind of cool) scene out of "Dune", comprised of huge, spiked tent-like structures. The material reflects 90% of the sunlight and doesn't conduct heat. So you can't see into the place with radar or see heat signatures.
"Phil Schneider (now deceased), said that during the last year of construction they were connecting the underground airport system to the deep underground base. He told me that there was at least an eight- level deep underground base there, and that there was a 4.5 square mile underground city and an 88.5 square-mile base underneath the airport.
"Schneider (also) told me that this Masonic keypad-looking area looked like a form of techno-geometry that is alien-oriented. And that it had something to do with a "directional system", whatever that meant, that functioned as a homing beacon to bring ships right into the Great Hall. (!)
"It is very unusual that they would allot a 50 square-mile area on the surface at which to locate an airport in the middle of nowhere unless they really planned to use it for something very unusual later. There is a 10-mile, 4-line highway out to this airport, and there is nothing out there in between the airport and Denver.
