Who appoints the supreme court ??

The Supreme Court is not "run" by anyone which they have proven time and again by pissing on the playground the politicians use quite often. Hell FDR wanted to add more justices because he couldn't get them to play ball on alot of his ideas so why you even bothering mentioning they are run by anyone without even a hint of a shred of proof shows that your trolling has reached gold star level.
