The way I understand it hardly anyone in congress drives themselves to and from their office. Besides rich Democrats and Republicans probably all have chauffeurs. And anything besides a pos car would be jacked in D.C.

I think it would be more believeable if it involved a Kennedy crashing a car into a river.
