Falling dream

I am sure alot of people have had a falling dream of some kind before, so i shall tell mine.
This dream I rate as one of the most intense I have ever had in my life.
I had this dream many years ago but remember it in great detail, I was in a VERY tall building near a window, a relative was near the window looking out, I walked over and immediately found myself falling at a tremendous rate, and I was very high up to begin with. I was falling face down so I could see the sidewalk approaching, then I actually hit the sidewalk in my dream, and VERY hard too, then I woke up in ALOT of pain, the entire front of my body hurt from that one, that is why I rate as one of most intense and scary ever.
Any thoughts or comments?
