W is your WATS (Way Above Top Secret) index and K is for Karma.

P = Total # of posts

F = Total # of Flags for threads started by you

S = Total # of Stars from any posts by you

W = WATS, a calculation based mostly upon Flags, but partly based upon Stars as well

K = A calculation based mostly upon Stars, but partly based upon Flags as well.

Confused yet?

Now, how they calculate W and K exactly is beyond me. But I believe it has something to do with thousands of monkies using thousands of copies of Excel. Sorry MODS, I'll be nice...
