Why is it "Not Likely" to be the work of one sick-minded individual? I see no reason why it wouldn't be at this point..

Terrorist attacks unfortunately do happen and there is unfortunately bad people out there who wish to cause pain to others for whatever reason.

There are lots of people feeling this way, performing different actions, for different reasons.

I believe the feeling which drove him are similar to those shared by lots of us, just not for the same reasons.
Our collective dissatisfaction is displaying itself in different ways, protest, hacking, all for a reason, perceived injustice. I am sickened by his/their actions but not surprised, the world we live in is wrong and there is no justification for what he/they did so I don't want to hear his excuses.

Yes a lone psycho, who,

over a period of several months singlehandedly, purchased several tons of ANFO ( ammonium nitrate/fuel oil), planted the 200 pound Bomb out side the gas and oil ministry in Oslo. Left the place like grease lightning an dlanded on the island of political elite youth in Norway, gunned down singeldhandely, over 90 teens who could have runned away from him. But no. this guy was everywhere, behind every tree shooting down everyone and then by some miracle, the Norwegian SUPERSWAT team invisibly landed on the island. Sneaked up behind him and arrested him on the spot while he was slaughtering the future politcal elite of Norway. Now thats a guy any clendestine three letter organization would hire instantly on the spot. This guy makes James Bond look like a lame duck.

I think Hypernova86 made a good point about his Twitter and Facebook accounts. Being set up so recently - a week before this act - makes it look like they are there to try and project a certain profile of the person, but display little or no actual history.

Another point, for those thinking he must be some special forces,Ninja, Chuck Norris mega soldier, remember this is a very small island, his targets were captive and had nowhere to run to escape. Anybody with a couple of weapons and plenty of ammo could have achieved a large body count in a small amount of time. Of course, if there were another shooter, as indicated by some survivors, then that too would account for the high toll. No special forces or Ninja skills required!

Personally, I still don't really believe he was acting alone. This all seems a too well planned operation for maximum impact, especially the killing of children, to make a point and punish the country rather than the work of some lone malcontent.

Norwegian TV is currently releasing info on how the guy was arrested. Obviously a SWAT Team flew a helicopter above him, released a canister of teargas, winched down and arrested him. Yeah right... the guy carried an AK5, two pistols and knives, has just finished off the massacre of the century in Norway and he got surpised by a teargas can and failed to hear the heli above, much less firing at it. I tell you, Norway must have super SWATS.

I mean, I could have bought it if they tranqed him or similar but dropping a teargas can and then arresting him.

What sounds worse? This or that they managed to find the passports in the rubble of the hijackers presumembly involved in the 911 drama
