Now let us be clear here, Mr. Chabinsky, while we understand that you and your colleagues may find breaking into websites unacceptable, let us tell you what WE find unacceptable:

Amazing response. One of the best lines i see here is -

I believe that the global elite has been manipulating people with fear, grief, and terror for the last several hundred years, and this anonymous speaker hit several nails on the head.

I want to make another point clear in the post to the users of ATS, more than likely, whoever released this statement is not one of the "top dog" Anonymous hackers, i seriously doubt it, because Anonymous is not about politics, its about freedom of the internet. That is what is great about Anonymous though, its not a person or a group, anyone can claim to be "Anonymous" and if people like the idea the person stated, they can follow, if they do not, they can turn away. Sure it might be one of the big guys at Anon or lulz, but i would doubt it, but i agree, so i will follow. Things are getting more and more interesting...

They cant arrest an idea....this is correct...but they can force feed negative ideas of a movement into the majority of the populace due to exaggeration, lies, and false propaganda. The sheeple have been a sleep so long, they wont even realize it. Its what theyve been doing for years, and they know it works.

When they control the media outlets, they control the average persons thinking.
If you dont agree with this statement, then theyre either controlling you, or youre in on it.

I agree with you. The people i like to call the Global Elite have been manipulating us through many means for centuries. The media is the biggest outlet of control now. I still don't believe true Anonymous and lulsec are disinfo to control the masses. Sure the Global Elite WILL use them as a tool, but you need good eyes to be able to see what is manipulation and what is real, i might be wrong, but i feel that i have a good eye for manipulation. It is hard though to see what is real and what is not. Not Until a few years ago did i actually look further back in history beyond the 1900s looking for signs of the Global Elite. What i found is that similar tactics were used hundreds of years ago with the same premise of these current events. Manipulate the people to fight back, so they think they are free, but the people who manipulated the people to rebel are the same people who they are rebelling against.

At this point though, i do not believe the global elite is behind Anonymous / Lulsec / "Cyber War"

A number of examples come to mind, but one that really annoys me is the damn patriot act that was supposed to expire in when was it? 2004 or something? Yet they just extended it again???

I don't think the government gets how much they are betraying their citizens by making continuous and apparently never-ending extensions to the patriot act which is probably the most unpatriotic thing I've ever seen, it's totally against the principles upon which the US is founded. So even though I don't really support illegal action to address grievances like anonymous is doing, I can certainly sympathize with the comment about governments dismantling freedoms piece by piece (like the apparently never-ending "temporary" patriot act).

I like the remarks made by this "Anon" poster but all things concidered, tptb alreay have control of the masses, dont let them play on your emotions and control you too, remember, tptb want us to revolt so they can implement the next phase of thier "plan"

No, you didnt advocate inaction but you didn't advocate anything. Anonymous are doing something, resisting. Lots of people complain about them but offer no other solution. The outcome you fear from Anonymous actions was coming anyway. We all know that. The writing is on the wall and has been for a long time.

So what do you suggest?

I agree with you in many ways, if you read a previous post i made, i understand quite well The Global Elite (TPTB in your words) manipulation "revolution" techniques. Manipulate a rebellion, Start the rebellion, take control. I do not feel this anonymous poster is manipulated by the global elite though. I actually believe the global elite is starting to get scared, that's why they are posing as lulsec / anon / random hackers, to make false statements and give them a bad name, to manipulate the public opinion, the problem is at least in my eyes, they are doing a really #ty job, and they know it.

Fasten your seat belts i think we are past due for an adventure.

I understand your opinions of Anonymous setting the stage for a false flag event. Of course it is, i don't disagree with you, the global elite want to use it, the problem is people who consider themselves anonymous have a good eye, and will not be manipulated further.

The FBI might arrest the odd teenager, but ultimately I think the feds are fighting a losing battle. I've said it before, but the the feds are going after the wrong targets. Until the feds start attacking corporate criminals, they will do nothing but recruit more people to the anonymous collective.

For every person arrested, a hundred more will join.

The Feds have little choice now, to either accept that people are annoyed, or try and kill the internet, which will lead to mass rioting - which the feds do not want.

I know you are reading this FBI - so start arresting the real criminals, and not those who are fighting the good battle.

Lobby conglomerates who only follow their agenda to push the profits higher, while at the same time being deeply involved in governments around the world with the only goal to infiltrate and corrupt them enough so the status quo will never change. These governments and corporations are our enemy. And we will continue to fight them, with all methods we have at our disposal, and that certainly includes breaking into their websites and exposing their lies. We are not scared any more. I quoted this again because it is so honest and so good. At last We the People have a Champion of justice that has the capability to take down the bastions of Greed and Crimes against humanity and peaceful living by the people. We the People are watched all the time, cameras, satellites, facial recognition software. We have police acting like Blackwater mercenaries, and we have lawyer politicians lining their pockets with hard earned tax money, while Oil Companies are subsidized, we have Big Pharm giving us poison and keeping the real, natural medicine away from us by criminalizing it like it was heroin. We have a government that thinks it is alright to stop paying social security checks and veterans benefits, and they want to even take away the poor man's medical insurance.

I for one am very happy with ANON, in fact, I wish I were a master hacker myself, so I could help them in their fight. ANON is our warrior, people, and right now the only one we have that is on our side.

There is much more lulz to come outta this.
