At about 13:30 to 14:05 it looks like there may be a reciprocating rod in the bottom corner on the right side, inside of the bathroom cabinet. It seems to move back and forth from the shadows and into the light. Maybe I am just seeing pixelation from the video. Just seemed to stand out to me.

Thanks for posting but I think there is WAY too much activity to be real. If the camera sat in one position and something moved, fell over or a door opened slightly and that was it I be more inclined to say it was real, I just feel there is too much stuff going.

I might set up a camera in my house but then again I don't want the thing to think I'm no longer ignoring it.

How anyone can take this guy seriously after his video of the doll,"coming to life" and walking around his kitchen taking a video on his iPhone is beyond me.

Had me going for awhile, until I saw THIS:

www.youtube.com...

Wait for the teddy bear peeking around the corner. I call hoax.

He just couldn't resist the stalking teddy bear, could he?

That happens a few times if you go back through the vids, it also plays about with the teddy bear when it's sitting on the bed - moving it around like a puppet in very life-like movements - it's pure creepy. The poltergeist in the South Shields case fixated somewhat on the child's toys in that household if I remember right. I have always thought that there must be an intelligent force behind polt manifestations, rather than just raw energy leaking out from some pubescent teenager as per one of the main theories that has been put forward in the past. Polts do manifest more often in households where there are children or teenagers but not exclusively so. If there is an intelligent entity behind polt manifestations then such activity cannot be dismissed as proof of a hoax.
I think the videos do show a genuine polt but I am prepared to be wrong on that.

Feel free, but as many others are posting, this guy is a fairly well-known hoaxer in paranormal circles, apparently.

You can read more about it in this thread:

Edit: no idea what's going on, but I can't post the link. Just google for this term:

Cheers. I had a look at some of that stuff - don't have time to go through it all right now. While demonstrations of how something could have been done are all well and good, they don't constitute proof that it was done that way. HOWEVER, I did find something that intrigues me and that was an analysis of sound files posted by a mrshutter - unfortunately, I haven't figured out the context for this yet but it does look a bit damning. Will go through the rest of that stuff later and then maybe the context will come to light. As it stands, I will keep watching and see what comes of all this.

Or he might have too much for it to be real. Logical reasoning.

Look at this one, the washing up liquid slides across the kitchen table... but why is the 2nd cam almost covered up by the washing liquid?

www.youtube.com...

Also, is it me or does the bottle look like it stutters by the microwave?

A lot of people are saying the guy has too much footage for it to be real / not real. The first vids are from around Sept / Oct 2010? We are now in July 2011. That is ten months at least. That is not too much footage for a polt manifestation for a period of ten months for someone with access to sufficient video equipment that he can keep it running in various parts of the house 24/7, it's probably about what you might expect.

PS - please don't assume that I'm defending him. I will work next my way through what the debunkers have posted online then I will look again at the videos, but I'll probs end up sitting on the fence.

OP...The title of your thread is convoluted logic in the extreme. It's like saying the world's biggest liar tells too many wild stories to not be telling the truth.
How anyone could possibly believe this b.s. is real is beyond me. It's really sad.

I only had to go back 3 videos to his 'ghost has my iphone' video to see hair right before the camera moves, and if you pause it right when the reflection is in the oven's glass, there is clearly a hand holding the iphone. Bunk videos for me.

well they guy says it is real, so isn't it up to a someone that does not believe they are real to give some sort of explanation as to how it is not real?

that mr shutter guy has not really come up with anything. I looked at his videos and all he has down is tried to recreate some of the footage. If you look at all his videos, the guy seems a bit obsessed with the guy that is posting the poltergeist footage. most of his videos are about this guy. stalker much.

yes I saw somewhere someone said it was reversed footage, but you are right, the trajectory does not match anyone throwing the case up on the shelf or using any wires.

I have to second that - I just watched that one several times in full screen mode and it is definitely the doll's hair and hand that we see.
Now I need to go look for a vid where it shows the doll more clearly to see better what it actually looks like as a whole - fred, if you can recall which one that might be I would really appreciate a link cos I can't remember any others that it appears in, thanks

I have to reiterate. This guy has had absolutely zero outside investigators during this extended "haunting". He's quick to make excuses when someone suggests it.

I must say....Definately interesting....I was skeptical at first but after seeing it I must also agree that this does seem very hard to fake, The yellow case being dragged/thrown off the black filing cabinent I can see being faked however when it was then thrown BACK onto it, Seeing the momentum and how it moved, There's no way it could've been faked
