You really believe he figured it out? There are people on here convinced it's to do with all kinds of things... is the only reason you believe that Matrix has the answer because he hasn't explicitly said what it is?

That mentality sort of keeps with the theme of the whole thing, eh?

Im reall sorry i can understand how I could be frustrating to your search and if you give the word...ill post no more on this thread! Basically those pictures are "key" but only on a basic level they really have nothing to do with anything.

Can you show me where I stated something to be blatantly as a specific fact? Please let me know so I can modify it because in the end no one really knows all the facts. Sorry if I missed anything. Im not claiming to know anything except what I ME MYSELF AND I have taken from this entire thing. It makes sense to some, to others it doesnt, to others its scary.

If true that its a sociological experiment, then it is an incredible one with extremely interesting results.
Consider what happened just here alone.

A problem was thrown out there by Domi and we all passed by, stopped and said, "Hello, what's this?"

From there, without any leadership, we all threw ourselves at the problem and began collectively/individually researching and pooling resources together to solve this.

Humanity is Chaos.

What happened from there is an interesting study in sociology in itself.
As the resources began to grow and the data started to pile up you would think things would fall apart, particularly without some central leadership directing it.
At last that's what we're always told would happen in such situations.
What actually happened, however, was quite the contrary.
Individuals started shifting themselves into specific roles unbidden, to better benefit the whole.
Such as how Forevevar took it upon his/herself to begin archiving the various theories and information into easily referenced running digests, or how I, myself, began attempting to filter out the various unrelated external data cluttering up the actual information that was coming from the group to cut down on some of the confusion going around.

Chaos is Change.

In the end, whatever the outcome on 8-3-11 is, we've shown ourselves that we are capable, without being directed or lead, to come and work together to solve a problem. We are damn hippies and ATS is our little commune. The amazing part of all this is that we have gone 90 something pages into this problem solving experiment without devolving into attacking each other.

Anyway, I've been following 8•3•11 since it broke over on UnFiction. I've read every post and have even replied in that thread. I've read every answer from the groups formspring and even had a few of my questions answered.

I'm about 73pgs into this thread and, while I may have missed it(I'm pretty sure I didn't), I'm surprised that you guys haven't been talking about this a bit more.

seriously though i really dont know any specific answers im not claiming to be some prophet or whatever. if you want to ask me what my personal belief is, go ahead. Im really not trying to troll or be an attention w**** or whatever. i honestly felt that i shouldnt even tell you guys what i said in my previous posts because itll just be a crutch for you discovering how you truly are (and trust me i dont know who i truly im still learning every day). but this little experiment going on here...theres something there...not sure what, but something.

Maybe I am dense, but are we back to the social experiment theory again? I don't mind if it genuinely is, but I'm not down with an elitist "I know the answer, but I'm not telling" attitude. Dressing up gloating with "know thyself" and the like is rather distasteful. If you think you cracked the mystery, do what everyone else has done and share your theory with the rest of the class.

i don't find this to be 'complete' self enlightenment in any way, it is enlightening, but in no way is it complete self enlightenment IMO. also, i don't really think that this is the real answer, because what we have here is a cypher and maybe along the way of solving it it does draw us together and show us the potential within ourselves (but then again that's what every popular cypher/viral campaign does in the beginning right?), but there is still an encrypted answer.. there is still an end result, the working together part is just a pleasant byproduct.

there was a book written by gregory galloway a while back called 'as simple as snow' and the whole book is written as a cypher, as stated by the author it's all in good fun, to draw his readers on a wild adventure together, but there is still an answer. you guys would really like it, it took a lot of readers years to solve and some never figured it out.. but the solving was done much in the same way as here, through discussions on a forum.

i think that if we accept this as the enlightenment angle as the answer then we are really giving up, saying this is the answer almost seems like disinfo. you guys have come so far to reach an answer that's so painfully obvious it really seems like disinfo infiltrating this forum.. i say, don't give up! you're almost there.

you are your own cipher. i have no "holier than thou" attitude and I'm just spotting out that if you can't see this thing as an attempt to make you just delve deeper into your own psychological makeup, then perhaps you dont have any? It's all very beautifully simply complex in its own way. Basically, those who see it, see it, and theyre not responding or replying on this thread.

Sorry, man, but you are wrong. Maybe you did take something endogenous away from this but it is definitely not the whole point. In fact, I seriously doubt it's even a part of the point. Self reflection, internal dialog, and the meaning of introspective perception can be found in a pile of sand. To us your own words, "if you get it, you get it". What you do not need for that sort of wisdom is a cryptic website with promises of clues and a future "reveal". This is clearly beyond individual experience.

Again, if you are growing because of this, that's great. But I can assure you that there is more to it than your personal growth.

I'm not alluding towards any individual experience at all. I guess in the now somewhat famous words of 8311 is that "its quite the opposite " and YES it seem cryptic as hell I read through EVERY POST. On here. If u wanna discuss let's talk about something cool lol!
