Geographical, only the US puts the date August 3 as 8/3, most everyone else puts day then month.

They have answered the questions that they are using the US method of dating - i.e. it is 8/3.

More houses. The address is for a house in a subdivision - a rather large house - as are all the ones around it.

It is also possible that someone just used this address while registering the domain. I've used my parents house as an address before - so it couldn't be directly traced to me.

Maybe they are not even at that address, simply used it for registration purposes. Maybe they had to let the owners know that they used it and, maybe, the owners were miffed at the beginning but got over it. I believe he did indicate something to that affect about "belle".

Because it's a date and sometimes the month comes first: 8-3-11 (August, 3rd), used in the US.
Another way of writing it is putting the day first: 3-8-11 (3rd of August), we use this form in Spanish.

Whatever this all turns out to be, it has definitely entertained me all day. It looks like everyone is really working to take it apart, and I don't have much to add at the moment, but s&f! Thanks.

I think you may be correct. So far I have seen nothing so far to attach this to 11:11 or anything but a new way to present the masses with a certain form of horror based entertainment or who the hell knows.
