I noticed that a couple of the 8-3-11.info twitter Q & As mentions that a couple of these people are Tier 1 and Tier 2 employees... at first I thought that they were talking about retirement funds... could this be something important concerning Obama's 8-3-11 threat concerning SS checks??? Do you suppose these guys are gonna hack Social Security and screw everything up???

This isnt Military Code , it is a Civilian / Foreign , i highly doubt it is Foreign, believe it or not , most of the "Number Stations" you hear are Foreign and are pinged into the United States.

i just put 8311khz into google and found this www.bobbydradio.com... seems to be a list of emails with the word important at the top but clicking on them doesnt do anything

Wait a minute!! That photo you posted of the messed up face? I read the Q & A on formspring and it answered somewhere that she had a skin problem. Then, here on ATS someone zoomed in to the main photo of the girl and noticed some little bumps on her lip and skin. I wonder if that photo is legit...? Gawd this is strange. Some project.

I had the same feeling looking at it... maybe that is her real face... and the whole thing has somthing to do with 'stoning' (bible verse, reference to stoning in Iran in the q and a,...)
Maybe this 'Belle' is a victim off..... fill in the blancs, and that's part of why she changed her name?

Definately an encoded something, I just googled that and it came up with loads of sites using the script, not necessarily those characters in that order.

Check this out, scroll down to see characters, its from NASA

May well be nothing to do with it all (in fact most probably not), but whatever it is, it proves that its some full on encryption

OMG, I must be totally blonde because I am like so clueless even after reading everything on here and that one website that totally like spells it out for you. I still don't get it.

searching by name used in ID tag on yt suddenly finds ANOTHER cryptic radio message..from other side of the world(china in that case). frequency, weirdly, is almost similar, similar way of transmitting, etc.

i am not sure, if it is related...but definitely it is creepy as hell.


if it is viral campaign of commercial bull#, i must say, that someone overdone his job, i just cannot imagine, that it's gonna end with simple "Atrocious" movie advert.
