8-3-11 Creepy Website! Can We Figure Out The Code?!?!

4chan and another had some issues a bit ago , as who threw the first stone and they both went after each other for it . One crashed their servers for a few hrs and 4chan came back and crashed theirs for an extended period of time

Im not sure if it wasn't already told but this is obvious what this drawing represent.

Here we have rotating statue. Hot air escaping from the mouth is making sound and cause that head of the statue is rotating making sound in different directions. Hot air comes from the bottom of the statue where we have tow tanks fore fuel and tube conducting fresh air like it is shown in different picture.

I thing this is project of modern art statue but I'm pretty sure that idea isn't original. Ancient chines probably already had such statues tor their entertainment.

What could I say more. It have to look creepy when it works. I hope this would provide some new idea.

Anyway, a previous poster noted that the umbrella is unicode 2602, which refers to the Pleiades.

More specifically, it refers to the IC 2602--the Theta Carinae Cluster a.k.a. "Southern Pleiades." I know some, myself included, consider Wikipedia to be less-than-reliable in many cases, but the article for IC 2602 states that it was discovered by one Abbe Lacaille, a noted French astronomer, in 1751 from South Africa (doesn't 8 • 3 • 11 have a member in South Africa???)

Theta Carinae is the brightest star in the IC 2602 cluster, which can be found in the constellation Carina. "Carina" is Latin for the keel of a ship. Bob Dylan's song, referenced earlier in this awesome thread, has imagery of boats and sailing.

Could be be searching for a signal... an arrival announcement... from this part of the galaxy?

Yes, it's merely a login page asking for a username and pw. I see it the same way on my iPad that I do on my desktop. You're seeing it correctly

OK with the FTP site so far I can connect anonymously but it still wants a password. Also I get a little Frog type symbol when it connects:

For the FTP site I've tried that password and the others I can think of. Belle, 8311, Bell, etc.

I'll keep working on it.
