Just to let you know, I am trying to do this. I just dont have much time on weekdays to post here.
As soon as I get some results I will let you know.

I cannot control my oobe's so I am not going to attempt that route, but off of the coordinates you gave to Parker, here are my quick impressions:

0503 6265

lavender, mint green, bits of blue
soft edges or curvy
feels outdoors

can't pick up anything else, an image of a carebear with a rainbow on his belly keeps popping up. will try again later.

Paperclip - thanks! I won't post results for 2 weeks (unless all participants finish earlier), so you have plenty of time.

Worldwatcher - I can't comment yet, but I'm paying attention! Thanks for participating - and keep it up!

XXKrisXX, you wanted to "meet" at about 9 or 10 pm EST. I just wanted to let you know that I won't be able to sit alone quietly until about 10:30 or 11 EST. Hopefully this will still work out.

If you have any tips about what exactly you would like me to be doing at this time, let me know. I'm just planning on meditating - I'll do my best, although I'm not the world's best meditator.

I m going to go intto meditation and try to hit sleep and push out....just be receptive ...try meditation....This works when I have someone near me ...I never tried with someone so far...but it will be fun to attemp...I thought aout it all day, and I meditated during the day. I have stayed in a good "way" for this all day and that is usually when I have success really getting out...Its about directing energy and thats really it....If I cant get into the "sleep" then I will try some RV methods that Parker told me about.

before I go, just wanted you to know I got a rainbow also...before I even saw your post...when I was trying last night...Ist that funny?

I also had some stuff not so nice but it was unrelated to the project... I saw someone with like tubes and medical things around them, helping the person breathe ( I think) --An older woman...That s what I dont like about this. You get into reallly good concentration, then you may lapse into a dream that makes no sense, and it influences your attempt. You have to completely clear when this happens. I need to get up and walk around, THEN start alll over again...Last time we did this, I got up 5 times thru the night to clear but it worked. I went right back to concentrating, So if you need to get up and start over, do so...it helps

xxKrisxx, or anyone who is experienced in OBE,

Is it possible for an experienced OBEer to "pull" someone out until they get proficient at doing in themselves? If so, would someone be willing to help me? Just something I had heard about and was wondering about it.

P.S Estrella in you post to me about what you saw during exp#4 .My daughter had a Barbie in a shimmering wedding dress near my target envelopes you picked up on that instead, my wife was impressed that you got that in such detail. people will often gravitate to the most appealing item near a target.

It really surprises me that there was a Barbie doll close to the target, Parker! It would be neat to think I had some kind of "otherworldy" skill... but I'm still skeptical (I know, it's a disease). If you post other experiments I will keep trying! I'll be looking forward to finding out what you "see" for this experiment.

XXKrisXX, I was disappointed that nothing seemed to happen last night. I'm sure it's my fault (if astral travel is possible), because I'm really terrible at meditation. I really did try. I tried so hard that at one point, I opened my eyes and could hardly see! However, after a while, I fell asleep. Did you happen to "see" anything?

It will be interesting to see the resuls of this expeirement, I heard something about guardians in a other thread, do any of you have them, what are they, and how do I get them, and Is it possible to have another person who is doing a oobe to guard my body/ help me out or what not?

Estrella... The barbie doll was on the floor for about two days, and the targets were up higher on our piano. Having kids of your own you must know that there is always stuff everywhere. The last time i did an experiment a camera flyer from the newspaper was put near my target envelopes,and a person picked up on cameras instead. It just goes to show the distractions people will pick up on.

I read that top defence contractors, and goverment agencies(Cia,Nsa,Dod..) who are aware of the power of remote viewing actually put large colorful pictures, statues, ballons next to meeting rooms or file rooms, so Remote viewers are attracted to these shapes instead of the intended target areas. (Mind Candy Mouse Traps)

I did some early work on your target, i will U2U my findings. although there seem to be allot of distractions as well.

Hmm... looking around her room, there are distractions. Unfortunately, her room can't easily be made "distraction-free." I didn't know that other things could distract from the object being viewed.

Since this experiment is already underway, I won't change it (I'll just keep the fact that there are distractions in mind when you give your results), but next time I'll work to control for distractions a bit better.

Good idea not to change anything about the target area. As this might throw some people off. What I meant was that there were allot of other images comming through, and thats not uncommon for a front loaded target versus a blind target. The brain always wants to aply its own logic and assign its impression of what the target maybe instead of what it is.

In this case we know the target is a picture, and that can start the mind down many avenues.
For Instance if this were a picture of your Daughter at Disney land with mickey mouse, People remote viewing this might pick up on the rides inside the park and many other visual impressions. Not just the intended picture of her standing with a Disney character.

So hopefuly we can just zero in on just the picture.

I'm astounded that people can control their OBE's and can OBE at will. It just 'happens' randomly to me- terrifying.

What is a front loaded target?

I think I must not have expressed myself well. This target is not necessarily a photograph. I meant to say that I have a photograph of what is on her wall, not that what is on her wall is a photograph.

This is kind of long but should cover the problems with FL targets:

Type 1 Data: When a remote viewer conducts a session alone,the conditions of data collection are refered to as solo.When the session is solo and the remote viewer picks the target (thus having prior knowledge of the target). Knowing the target in advance is called Front-Loading. Frontloading is often necessary, sometimes a viewer needs to know something about a known target.The difficulty with this type of session (primarilyaffecting novice remote viewers) is that the viewer's imagination can more easily contaminate these data, since the viewer may have a preconceived notions of the target.This is why it is so important to follow the exact structure of the remote viewing protocols and limit this type of contamination.

In other words knowing a portion of what the target is in advance instead of blind, can make your conscious mind "run wild" and imagination can take root. And unfortunately i have a very vivid imagination.
By the way how much time is left on the feed-back of target i still need to do at least 2 more sessions?.

By the way, thanks for the info about front-loading. I am learning so much from this experiment.

Sorry to bust your bubble but unless you have actually been there or hardly KNOW the person it is are to Instanteously travel to a certain place in the Real time zone. You may go there to the Astral Plane but you won't be able to tell the word because you created the scene from the astral dimension...so, try and get a close friend to do it for you, seeing as this will only prove it to yourself.

As you know by my U2U's i have had alot of trouble with this target, I just cant connect. I have done many targets some i get immediate and perfect data, and some i miss and get little or no data.For some reason on this assignment i get a flood of impressions,and no one aspect of this taget rings true to me. Sorry.( i hate to fail on any target assignment)
I hope the others trying to view this have better luck than me.
