As teams such as America and Afganistan have entered the opening ceremony, nothing has happened yet. America did not get booed, although it did show some people leaving the stadium once they called out there name.

The opening ceremonies were done in Greek Alphabetical Order.

The irony, I'm Greek, and didn't catch on.
