Another 26,000 year cycle

The 26,000 year cycle is due to Earth's precession on its axis. It has nothing to do with celestial alignments.

Kudos to the videos author for claiming ignorance at the beginning.

I don't think you can understand what she is trying to get across unless you look at all the extra information provided below. Just watching her video will not be enough.
