Because the Murdochs are not British citizens, despite owning a large chunk of our media.

It's interesting that 9/11 is now connected with the Phone hacking scandal.

What possible motive could Murdoch have for finding information on deceased 9/11 victims?

Perhaps to ensure the job was done?

but Assange isn't a British citizen either is he? and yea, ill eventually get around to putting more into my threads and learning the icons and embedding, but the link is there if people aren't too lazy to click it.

Ugh I hope they get him. Anyone with that much power and influence should be investigated if their motivations and means of acquisition are suspect. (Side Note: OP, the title of your thread should read Murdochs not Murdoch's because there are two of them)

Assange hasn't been summoned to a parliament inquiry. The Murdochs have only been invited to attend. Brooks must attend as she is a British citizen. Would have been good to see one of the Murdochs take some tough questions, but they probably dont fancy being exposed to the British people, well not if they dont have to.

Ah you can,Black's Law Dictionary,the word Summons can be surplanted by the word invitation.Anyone can reject a invitation.This is law,people really should know how to use it,it's a bloody joke system.Buy a copy, the best investment youll ever make.
