A tsunami did hit Cornwall this year as a result of a unsuspected landslide, I suggest you look it up before you reply to my comments.

Tsnammi hits Cornwall and Devon

Also quote today on the BBC Newchannel Website:

David Kerridge, from the BGS, said it was the biggest incident of its kind in the area for nearly 300 years.

So I guess he was in giving out false information then, why am I not surprised

Being a bit of an amateur sailor and I used to sail out of Teignmouth (by the way Newton Abbot had a shake about 2 weeks ago) I couldn't help laughing when I saw the Cornwall 'tsunami'. If that's a UK Tsunami, then what do the call the Severn Boar now?

Also Blaenavon in South Wales had a tiddler of a 1.3 quake yesterday too.
hisz.rsoe.hu...

Also I think you will find that David Kerridge is quite correct that it was the boggest one in that AREA for 300 years.
