this has been happening ever since i was little and still is happening.

"i open my eyes and look around, i find out that my body is literaly 'frozen' i cant move anything, suddenly my pillow is very hot and i litterly cry as i feel uncomfortably hot, i try and force myself out of this state"
over the years ive found out a simple yet effective way how to get out of this state. i wiggle the tips of my fingers and tows then make my way to hands, and feet then suddenly i litterly jump out of my bed.

this type of "paralization" even happens in my dreams, ive also found if i pray before sleeping nothing happens, so far for a year it has worked.

but i need to know:
is this a sighn of abduction, or is it more a sleepy body that doesnt want to move?

Sleep paralysis perhaps? I dunno, that sounds weird. LOL sorry didn't mean to make fun of you, just find that fascinating.

Something similar happens to me, but rarely.
It happens when I'm having a bad dream, I rarely ever dream because I'm such a good sleeper.
I try to wake up, but I can't.
Then my eyes just burst open minutes later and I'm awake and everything just seems like another dream once I get up and I just feel like I've been doing alot of activity and I'm ready for more.
Like a burst of energy, but it just feels like a dream.
Sometimes I just go right back to sleep.

the thing is, i CAN open my eyes, and thats where the real terror comes, i can be awake and asleep when it happens, either when i awake from sleep, or during sleep

Have you asked a doctor? Maybe they can refer you to a sleep clinic where they can perform a sleep study on you - although chances are you won't fall asleep (the irony there is hilarious) - I've had one for other problems and it didn't really help me much tho, to be honest....but I know it helps some people

I don't know how old you are - but don't worry about what your doctor will think - screw him - he's there to either help or not - if you don't trust his answer, go to someone else

I know exactly what you are talking about my friend. Your mind is awake, your eyes are open, you can hear and see everything around you but your body just does not respond. This has happend to me several times and it is quite frightening. However, I dont think its got anything to do with an abduction. The reason being, it has happend to me durring school on a few occasions ( history class
, Ironicly my best subject ) and that is reason enough for me to believe that its got nothing to do with 'visitors'. Ive never told anyone about these incidents till now myself. Moving your fingers and working your way up is a good way to get out of this state. Another way is just try to relax and fall back asleep, you usually wake up a few moments later.

Sleep disorders

Try this place as a starting point.

You did mention praying affecting your problem-

Maybe a preacher or priest?

I know how you feel. I used to have that happen to me when I was around 8 years old. I told my family about it and all they did was laugh at me. I asked my dad more toughly and he said that he had experienced something similar. Just the other day in fact I had that and my head was in the pillow and under my blanket
. I think that it can be induced by lack of air though. Other than that I do remember being able to look around but I am SOO hot that I feel like I am going to die if I dont move in the next second. Usually I just force my toes to move and poof my leg goes shooting in the air. I personally thought it was sleep paralysis after reading several of the topics on it. If it is something else it would be nice to know though.

Sounds like sleep paralysis to me to.
It also seems like the state you have to be in for astral projection aswell.
www.abovetopsecret.com...
Maybe a look here might help, it might be better if you can understand it and control it.
It maybe a blessing rather than a burden, who knows?

I know what you mean. The last time that I experienced sleep paralysis a few days ago I thought about trying to get myself to have an OOBE. Although this was not as easy as I thought it would be. After reading about it and hearing people say that it was to well how to put it 'scary' to get past the sleep paralysis I started to laugh thinking that I myself could get past it. It was not the case. I immediately began to panic after about 3 minutes of breathing in warm air underneath my blanket. Either way it is not easy to control.

I'm not entirely familiar with the techniques of OOBE, but I have a general understanding of it....and last time I checked, being underneath the sheets breathing in "warm air"...or more correctly, your own CO2, was not a part of it...That's dangerous to do, even though it seems harmless enough - be more careful next time

You got a point there but it wasnt necessarily my choice as I was in SP at the moment (like I said probably because of the lack of air). It only took me a bit to get out because I am good at it now but it was just an experiment
