Problem is, as in most of these mini sky shows, it's difficult to prove whether an enthusiastic videographer has captured, finally, a true alien visitation to Earth, or something more mundane, like simple Chinese lanterns (which are often misidentified UFOs).
In this case, as a jet reportedly flew near the aerial objects, all of them except one turned off their lights. One online blogger wrote: "This proves the orbs thought they may be fired upon, so the majority of them cloaked."
During this sighting that took place two days ago in the North East side of Moscow, Russia, 5-6 glowing orbs appear over the downtown area. At first these orbs take the little dipper formation (a sign they are from the stars there) but then slowly change. Also at the end of the video a jet passes by to have a look at them, but right before the jet gets there all the orbs turn off except one. This proves the orbs thought they may be fired upon so the majority of them cloaked.
Oh, and if you saw our Russia UFO sighting from last week where a 100 meter long blue sperm shaped (sorry ladies) UFO was fired upon by a Russian missile but thankfully missed. After that sighting you can imagine the UFOs don't want to make a mistake.
Anonymous said... Moscow is an interesting place for UFO watching. Reason being, it is a NO FLY ZONE. So anything flying over Moscow has got to be something extraordinary. Only recently have they allowed a few chopper flights for VIP and emergency services but far as I know only in daytime. Great video

I'd go with that too but there is the report of pilots to consider

Well, these come from the ground like lanterns but the thing that throws me off is...
Judging by the window lights on the buildings and how far behind the "floating lights" are, I would say they are kind of large to be lanterns....
Hard to say.... ??
Of course the easyist thing to say thay are is lanterns, but look around to size compare.
Kool?
Thanks

Not really. Where is the official report of a pilot? there is none. Just some article alleging there is one.
You take into account evidence FIRST.
POORLY written article. See SO's thread on HuffPost HERE
Nothing can be substantiated but what is seen. And the photo of the "Chinese lanterns" that is NOT what is sent into the sky
So, no, I do not take into account some article written about an anonymous alleged pilot...where is there source??? There is none.edit on July 13th 2011 by greeneyedleo because: (no reason given)

Holy cow! 100000%? That's a lot! So I guess that's irrefutable proof. No need to look any further.
And pilots? Where are these pilots? Let them speak up now. See? No pilots. Proof if I ever saw proof....

100000% Chinese Lanterns. No ifs and or buts...
and the "reportedly" by a pilot means nothing...since it is some anonymous report....
Evidence (video) says Chinese Lanterns - which eventually burn out.edit on July 13th 2011 by greeneyedleo because: (no reason given)

I think that should be rephrased to, "All of them flickered out but one..."
There is nothing about these objects that act differently then a chinese lantern, its in July, the prime time for these to be released, they float very slowly, they flicker and burn out...just like a chinese lantern. And if they can 'cloak' why be lit up to begin with? It just doesn't make sense...
The UFOs seen over Russia during the 4th of July weekend weren't the only ones caught on video in recent days. Three bright lights were videotaped over Moline, Il., on July 4, looking nothing like typical fireworks.
