It does not matter how low on money Gadhaffi is. The Afghanis are fighting the American occupation for free and so will the libyans.

So you don't blame him for the unprovoked actions and the slaughters he participated in throughout his reign as a genuine Dictator. Amazing.

You bring up some great points , points that do need mentioning . Now , I can't comment as to what is on the minds of others when they feel the need to lash out at American policy , but part of the problem that I see is that the world has no shortages of Qaddfi's . However , " we " seem to singal these guys out when it serves the geo political moment .

Yes , its very easy to want to see his type removed , but our means of eliminating such characters is based on " our " current agenda and not a " greater good " .

As mentioned , I can't comment on the thoughts or motivations of other posters but if I had to venture a guess .. I would say that I do detect a hint of hatred expressed towards the U.S . Is this fair ? Who can say .

It should also be mentioned ... The US has done a lot of good on the world staged and has directly helped many people , from all walks of life and we should not forget that when we all want to take part in an " I hate the US " rant .

Yeah, the U.S has funded several occupations and we also give millions of dollars to other countries for no apparent reason at all. AND we BAIL OUT banks across the world. WHAT is not to like about the beautiful U.S.A. We give soo much, i just simply do not understand the mentality of some individuals. Hell, we even gave out arms to rebels so that they could help their poor unfortunate country. Soo much money going to all these places. It is UNDENYABLE that our great nation is a nation that helps others. Look for yourself, follow the money. Our great usa has had a hand in alot of countries that needed our help. Now with that in mind, go outside and take a deep breath and put on a big smile. Don't you feel better knowing this? Don't forget to SMILE.
ALSO, to add, we have helped gadafi himself.

In my humble opinion, if you side with a man like Qaddafi, you bear at least some guilt for his brutality. Siding with brutal Dictators means you agree with their methods and would not mind living under one yourself. Too ignore this mans history is an intellectual lie of the highest order told for pure propaganda purposes as no way do you not know his real history.

If you don't know his history, why would you be posting?

On topic-

Sad how we no longer see conversations by informed people instead of these threads full of people who side with evil men to support their own bizarre ideologies; even people who seem to support evil men and apologists for them. Qaddafi meets the criteria to be labeled evil and in my humble opinion only a supporter of evil could side with or apologize for his actions with excuses. Truly sad that even a tiny portion of the population fit's into that category.

I'd love to see some of the families of the Lockerbie victims for instance on here expressing their opinion of those lying on behalf of Qaddafi and you folks are lying. Pretending otherwise only further defines your characters.

Ya i know what happened in those days now? All the way before the 00s, i remember a lot of people talk about getting rid of evil dictators. Now it's 10 years later and we are in the 10s now, people seems side with the evil more than the US and rest of the NATO.

I'd love to see some of the families of the Lockerbie victims for instance on here expressing their opinion of those lying on behalf of Qaddafi and you folks are lying. Pretending otherwise only further defines your characters.

Don't forget the victims of the West Berlin bombing in 1986 and such.

Oh boo hoo, you know how many innocent people NATO/USA has killed an is currently killing in Libya. NATO said this war is not about lockerbie yet innocent civilians are being killed every day. If Gadhaffi strikes more NATO forces then fine, it is called collateral damage. If NATO wants to play dirty like they are then be prepared to suffer the consequences. NATO attacked libya first, prepare for the fallout. Also is there any evidence connecting Gadhaffi to the Pan Am 103 Bombing? Nadda except for a few crazy kooks running around with an agenda.

Yes but the problem is that disease spreads. If you don't contain it, sooner or later it will spread. Men like Qaddafi see it as a weakness to take advantage of. Left alone they soon try to expand their territories. WW2 could have been prevented had only people been awake to what was happening. A PC world is a world saying go ahead bad guys, do as you wish and they of course do as they wish.

When it comes to Dictators and Mass Murderers we shoot ourselves in the foot when we don't have the common sense to stop them at the outset. Their victims have no power to stop them.

Thanks for your response.

Gadhaffi , is that you , you slly devil you

Now if they could print that in some immigration campaign advert we just might see some Amairicans wanting to immigrate there them selves

For some reason I don't think it's as good as that add slogan sounds , but admittedly I have never been there and can't say one way or the other with any certainty .

That answers any question I may have. You have the history all wrong or you are purposefully distorting it to defend Qaddafi. That you support him says it all to me. Propaganda is propaganda and it's an age old method used to hide reality and protect evil men.

I think you know his real history and choose not to acknowledge it, but that is just my opinion. We will have to agree to disagree and that is fine also.

People can check out your misstatement of facts for themselves and will quickly see this for what it is. If they don't, they don't care anyway.

It is more possible that your "indoctrination" of the man is askew!

We only know what we are told and what we are told does not jive so well with a man and his people. Why would the UN even consider this man for a "Human Rights" council if he were a Monster.

No, I think we have all been duped by our own Regime! Even now we are being duped!

What questions do you have?

You have the history all wrong or you are purposefully distorting it to defend Qaddafi

Nothing I have stated is incorrect. Which of my statements is incorrect. If stating facts means defending Gadhaffi, well truth and facts speak for themselves.

That you support him says it all to me

Says what to you? So someone who supports a good leader who looks out for his people is evil? Maybe you like to live in North Korea do you?

Propaganda is propaganda and it's an age old method used to hide reality and protect evil men.

Which one of my sentences is propaganda?

People can check out your misstatement of facts for themselves and will quickly see this for what it is. If they don't, they don't care anyway.

No misstatement here. What I have listed, not a single US president is capable of stating that he achieved as much.

reminds me, kinda like how the UN failed to prevent the Srebrenica Massacre in 1995. Even NATO cannot do anything about because they were under UN command.

Amazing you say that.

You should probably read this post and watch the video to learn the reality of the situation.

And most likely the True Reason for NATO's unprovoked Actions.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

And to Top It Off Libyan Leader Gadaffi Promised to House Every Libyan in the Country before he would House his own Parents.

That of which he has yet to do.

But guess what now how is he supposed to that your little NATO (North Atlantic Terrorist Organization)

Has caused many Thousands of Death in another vain war.

That was initiated when Gadaffis forces were only protecting an Arms depot in Eastern Libya from Rebels.

What do you think any other country would do if People tried to steal Military weapons from a Military base.?

159 Protestors were killed in the Eastern up-rising

NATO has more blood on their hands.

NATO is not there for Democracy they are there for Money, Control, Power.

Perhaps you should turn that Television off.

The Afghans have mountaneous terain difficult to fight conventional warfare in. In Afghanistan the mission is "nation building" thus the troops are vunreable to insurgencies and guerilla warfare. If the situation in Libya were to progress in Gaddafi's favour, I am sure it wouldn't be difficult for NATO to engage in a illegal war (after all they have to much invested in the Rebels now) and overthrow the Gadaffi regime in less than two weeks. However, once that is completed and the US attempts to initiate nation building (oil draining) then we would see a stern insurgency with the creation of another Iraq (Muslim Fundementalists pouring in from all over the world- Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Britain- combined with a radicalised population and a weak state).

The Taliban also has a steady but interupted flow of drug money. Qaddafi won't be able to sell his oil or even pump it out of the ground if the West invades.

I beg to differ. I believe we shoot ourselves in the foot when we decide to intervene. the U.S has radicalised the Iraqi populace and accelerated extremism in Afghanistan by deciding to "help out". Not to mention inciting the rest of the Arab world, provoking anti-Americanism in the Arab world and the fear of imperialism. It is funny that the US is fine with cutting off vicous dictators they don't like, yet they would gladly support others they do, which were and are far more vicous. Pinochet in Chile, the juntas in Argentian, Uruguay and Brazil. Qadaffi killed 220 people (the reports were 1000 however this number was later revised down) while Pinochet had killed some 3000 and tortured some 30,000. Its funny that the West only acts when it favours economic and political interests.

The Information he posted isn't False.

Wikipedia - Libya.

Libya has the highest HDI in Africa and the fourth highest GDP (PPP) per capita in Africa as of 2009, behind Seychelles, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. These are largely due to its large petroleum reserves and low population.[10][11] Libya has the 10th-largest proven oil reserves of any country in the world and the 17th-highest petroleum production.

The facts may be hard for you to accept.

And you may want to believe the Garbage the MSM spreads.

Do you actually think they are attacking Libya for Democracy/Civilian(Rights) Purposes?
