Yeah, It does seem odd, but go take a look at a stock music site and how much they charge per tune. The station probably thought they needed to play this piece of crap to get their moneys worth.

come on the voice is harmonically pitched and is rhythmically placed with the rest of the song, plus it has reverb and delay ......Them aliens must have a cool studio with a very skillful sound engineer ,

I think it is a hoax by the OP.

He is a music producer and at one point it sounds like the voice is coming not from the TV, but from the same room.

Hey OP, your music stinks.

The Beatles put that stuff IN their songs...Pink Floyd too. So why do you think its alien? NOT. Any musician can do it with cheap software orf recorders. Sounds ridiculous. Go listen to the Beatles....and tell me all about the "alien" voices.

Maybe someone can Shazam the music? It's a smartphone APP, and when activated if there is music in the air, have your phone/shazam app hear the music and Shazam should identify the artist(s).. Well, I think its called Shazam, but I think most know where I am gong with this.

Just a thought.

It is alien, a warning, and from what I could hear immediately it says that it is coming and behind you. You can fight but if you deny instead you will live. Anyway thats my first analysis, much more but wanted to put that out.

As for this being Newage, WRONG, and as for it resembling Enya, WRONG, it is a newage type music, but over dubbed with the voice over.

Also why do people have to think that it is demonic or some form of evil alien? what if this is the voice of an angel or of a benevolent being trying to help people surive the coming attack?

According to what she is saying in the audio, it is warning and not a threat.

ALSO with all the experts... can someone please take the music out and just leave the audio? turning it down is little help in deciphering the message.

The title to this thread is nothing short of ridiculous,i think you need a reality check if you think that's aliens talking to you.

If I wanted to address a population to send a message wouldn't it behove me to select a channel people actually watch? And maybe not sing it to a beat?

In my opinion it sounds like the strange voice is simply part of the music. As strange as it sounds. The music even seems to go along with it innthe way it gets louder and creepier sounding. Still and interesting and creepy post though!

I Shazamed it but to no avail. I am going with Enigma on this one.

However, very strange imagery and music. It was probably left in the hands of some intern or the media department which no dubt has young people very clued up about conspiracy and such and could be either having a laugh or making a point.

It's pretty weird all right....the weirdest thing is that the OP was watching the Parliament channel, when Parliament wasn't in session.

The demonic imagery and the voice-over go well together; a nice art project.

I'm going to go with just an odd choice by the station for "hold" music, nothing more. If it was Satan, he's got great composition qualities.

Well, I guess there is a new line of work out there for someone. Interpreters of Alien or Satan. I have no clue what it (Alien or Satan) was saying. So I guess I will go back to America has Talent. Not much better, but I understand what they are saying at least.

Maybe these Aliens or Satans would have more successful contact if they spoke English or at least hung out in the parking lot of a Texas Home Depot rather than interrupting TV broadcasts.

On topic: That music is very strange for that channel. Usually it's stuff that would put me to sleep, or something some 80 year old women would enjoy listening to.

I felt like I couldn't stop listening to it, like I was in some type of trance, mind control music maybe lol? Joking. Kinda liked it actually, nice change for tha crapola they usually play.

By the way why are YOU watching that channel!? Canadian politics are mind numbing.
