Supporters of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad have broken into the US and French embassies in Damascus.

A US embassy official told the BBC there had been physical damage there, but no-one had been injured. Windows were smashed and a Syrian flag raised.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw this headline - "false flag" immediately sprang to mind! Fortunately, it seems like it wasn't too serious.

It definitely does seem like the US is lining up Syria as its next target, if you look at some of the stories from recent days - the Ambassador taking that trip to visit the protesters (provocative), the US accusing Syrian embassy staff of spying on protests in the US (strange) and now an attack on the US embassy (result of provocation).......talk about stirring things up

So if we were to get involved with Syria when do you think it would happen?

I have no idea. Could have been today if the embassy attack was a lot more serious....or maybe it will be in 10 years from now.....or maybe never. Or anything in between
The whole region is chaotic right now and there are many trigger points.

If you ask me this is a False False flag, designed to make us think that a false flag event is being staged, when really it isn't. There has been a lot of False false flag events just recently. I think they are trying to confuse the public by making it a lot harder for us to spot an actual True False flag event.
