Did I miss something, what is this bouncing red dot on the left hand side of the screen all about?

You have to count the number of dots before finding the ring

Ok folks, I'm gonna report what i've seen to help move this along a little

while u2u'ing there was a red dot underneath the upload sections, and then i refreshed the page to get rid of the little beast and it became about this---> . size. Just wanted to let you know
