Yeah! Another one of my favorites! A circumzenith arc...and resting on an supralateral arc, which is pretty rare, and then a common 22° halo (which I would have expected given the other arcs)!! Congratulations! Not even I have caught a CZA on a supralateral, one or the other, but not both! And your's is so much brighter...arc envy!

Supralateral and Infralateral Arcs

For those skywatchers out there, CZAs are always nearly overhead, whereas CHAs (circumhorizontal arc) are always around 45° from the horizon. CZAs blue on top, red on bottom, CHAs red on top, blue on bottom, sundogs, red on either side depending if it is right or left 'dog'.
