That's because it's a PROMO Viral video from the upcoming movie:Rise of the Apes. It will soon be pulled from the movie's official Youtube channel because of complaints that it's racist.

The only people that would claim this to be racist are people who associate black people with chimps. If it was a bunch of white guys nobody would say a word.

Well, I won't go into all that, but I believe people will complain and the big movie studio will remove it from their sites/ads in a PC move.
