If it really is an MJ "return" like the OP is alluding to I'd be deeply angered that someone could pull such a trick on us all. I wouldn't be surprised by the media end of it, but as a person playing with the world's emotions on such a level is just wrong. Is Michael really dead? Who knows? If he's alive and hiding he should stay that way and never show his face again. Surely he'd know how many people he'd piss off if he did this, sure people would be happy he's alive but they'd loose sympathy for the guy and most would even boycott him. He left a good legacy, no need to ruin it.

Why would he return if everybody knows? I mean for real, it ruins the element of surprise for tptb... IF MJ was alive and coming back to wake everyone up, he would be smart enough to come at time and place that would surprise everyone, don't ya think?

The biggest thing that will happen on that day will be my sister-in-law's birthday. Other than that it will be just another normal day.
