Cyclops Shark Discovered In Sea of Cortez

Is this the after effects of Fukushima? I tried to find another video or image of cyclops shark but this is the only thing that came up. Anyone know how rare this type of creature is?

This is actually a fetus that was inside a bull shark with 7 other normal fetus's.

Was it a dead fetus? If it was, too bad it wasn't alive and they could save it and study it. Either it's a rare anomoly or a direct result of the Fukushima poisoning. I did hear that the radiation from the plants washing back into the ocean could cause deformities in the sea life. Be interesting to see if anything more is found with this strange occurrence. Kind of reminds me of an episode on The Simpsons.
