Greetings fellow ATSers

I joined ATS a while ago and just now met my 20 post quota. I look forward to getting to engage in further discussion with all of you. I feel I've learned a few things along the way and hope to be a contributing member in this community. Any tips before I post my first thread? Thanks!

Hi followtheevidence, and welcome to the Introductions Forum, a place to say hello to the ATS community. For now you can reply to any thread in any member forum you wish, as well as send & receive (PM's) Private Messages to Staff only for now. Once you have achieved 20 posts, you will then be able to start your own threads and additionally send & receive messages to and from fellow ATS members.

My only advice to you is to develop a thick skin....you may need it.

I want to Welcome you to ATS
I havent started many threads..but the ones I did were from personal experence .
There will always be nay sayers If they get to the point of personal attack use the ALERT button under that persons members tag..this and an explanition of why the alert will alert moderators so they can deal with it..

Having been a longtime lurker myself (registered last year, been lurking for a long time before that), I concur with the advice given. Especially when one trying to debunk a conspiracy theory/prophecy, temperature tends to rise quickly during discussion. Some of the threads, im sure you will find it quite hard to believe so always use your rationale to separete the ones with element of truth in it and those who are deliberately trollnig

It's interesting you should say that, I made that exact same comment not days ago to another ATSer. Maybe someone else will take up the followthemoney mantle in due time.
