No, they don't. However, that is the fault of the Java applet being used on the JPL site. Frankly, I am surprised that the JPL guys accept that, as it's rather sloppy as far as depictions of orbits are concerned. To make accurate observations/calculations/predictions, you need a decent orbit integrator.......a bit like this one:-
