Has anyone ordered the movie called Terrestrial Component of the Alien Presence. I was wondering if it was worth my 30 dollars.

It says Mr. Terziski tells the world in his exclusive video that although the Germans and Americans have always, "apeared" to been arguing, the reality is that the Germans have tea with the Americans everyday. Has anyone purchased the tape, and do you believe that a moon base is already established thanks to ET help? I for one am starting to suspect something, I can amagine that NASA and some other nation is going to allie soon and hoax the establishment of a base in the next 50 years and then reviel the already establlished one thats been here for decades....
