To Straighten Things Up

It seems that there is an idea that Islam originated 1400 years ago, and prophet Mohammad was the only prophet of Islam. This is wrong on so many levels.

First of all , Prophet Mohammad was the Last prophet not the first.
second, Islam originated since the beginning with Adam ( also a prophet of Islam )

Now alot of you would say " no way Adam was not a muslim " , but according to islam he was and he was the first prophet too and so was Noah and Ibrahim and Moses and Jesus.

People seem to know Islam through the Media only, and we all know that the media is Honest.

so people please get your facts straight and try not to laugh otherwise you are what the media PROGRAMMED you to believe .


Just remember : 1- Christians ARE NOT Pedos
2- Muslims ARE NOT Terrorists
3- Jews ARE NOT greedy neither the chosen people

these are just stereotypes given to us by the MSM

It's easy to say Jesus and Muhammad were prophets of Allah but when you look at their teachings you cannot conclude they worship the same God. Jehovah and Allah are not the same entities.

Some catholics are pedofiles, are they following God?
Some muslims to hold contempt for the western world and with good reason
Some Jews are greedy, as with all types of people

Islam was not founded until the 6th century. It adopted aspects of christianity and judaism. The church of the flying spaghetti monster could claim that Adam, Abraham, and Jesus were prophets of the noodly master but that wouldn't make it so.

Muslims are not all terrorists but a hell of a lot of terrorists are muslims.

Not all christians are pedophiles but many are part of a church that goes to great lengths to cover up for its priests that commit that heinous crime.

Jews are not the chosen people. Bingo! You got that right. There is no chosen people we are all in the same boat.

i was brought up as a catholic in scotland, i now dont believe in a god...

however...

I appreciate your Book Says Adam was Muslin... if you wish to believe this then fair enough

however logic states...

The jewish religon was follwed (by religous people) before both christianty and Islam... this is fact,
notice the lack of christians and Muslims in early human (in terms of written texts from when we recorded such things) history.

i am not saying jewish religon is one true religon/choosen people or any of the other madness that goes with arguing about religon i am just stating these facts...

Both christianity and Islam are off shoots of Jewish religon... that is.... this means that someone at some point decided that the religon that everyone else was into at the time didnt suit there views/opinions/interpretation and thus changed it to create the suitable off shoot, the only saving grace of the christian religon is they choose one of the profits of "God" and thus except there age in terms of religon...

Curiously what other than Holy books what is your source for the start of the Islamic religon???

Sorry i missed your post as im at work... exactly my thoughts...

furthermore, no educated perosn thinks all Muslims are terrorists, it would be like saying all catholic irish people in the 70's were terrorists or Protestant People in Europe around 1500's

there are people who follow religon to extreme's as a christian i was taut of our crusades, as i got older i realise these were mass killings in the name of "our" god when "we" felt "we" were right, This is essentially the scenario in Islam at the moment, "logic" states to Muslims (extremists) that there god is correct and everyone else is wrong.. most religons have been through scenario like this in there history,

I am fed up of people telling me what religous books say, or educating me in how this is a minority belief of this is fact or whatever. NONE of this suggests "immaculate conception by a ray of divine reason". In fact, the use of the term "immaculate conception" shows that the author doesn't really know what they are talking about. Immaculate conception is the catholic doctrine that Mary was born without stain or sin. Since Zoroastrianism has no concept of original sin, this doctrine has absolutely nothing to do with it. The author PROBABLY meant to say that Zoroaster was born of a "virgin birth", but this is not true either (his mother had had 2 sons before him already, and there is no mention of any such thing in the scripture).


Anyhow, the author is correct insofar as Islam sees itself as a continuation of the religions of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, etc. Islam generally meaning "submitting to the will of God", these prophets are called "muslims" in the Islamic scriptures, i.e. people who submitted to the will of God.

Listen all I know is that Adam , Noah, Ibrahim, Moses , Jesus and Mohammad were Muslims and that Islam is the religion of Muslims and that there was many other prophets and Adam was the one who built ( Al Kaaba in Mecca ).

It was the Koraan that was originated 1400 years ago not the religion of Islam and prophet Mohammad was not the founder of Islam .

well unlike your outlandish.. and as of yet unsupported claims, im basing it on the belief that Moses was mentioned as a name a Pharoh went with prior to the old testemant was written... which was prior to when the koran was written... and at that time in RECORDED history that is not in a Holy book there was no practising Muslims and only Practicing Hebrews??
