I Feel Good

I feel good.It is contagious.I hope all my brothers and sisters on earth gain some momentum from this thread.Life throws alot at you, but really what matters is the quality of your mindset.This is just a thread to try to uplift anybody who may need it.

Feeling good only starts with a spark.Its like when you cant sleep,you only need peace to start the sleep process.Peace ignites feeling good also.

There is a contradiction between ourselves and everybody else, not in the physical but psychologically. My answer for the dual opposite phenomena is that everybody is one being, but I have nothing to support that at all. Anyhow I firmly believe that it is not a belief that I would ever have of anybody, the fact that they have a belief on me whatever it is the truth is not easy to be found in feeling good. One thing is diet - no fried foods, little sugar and fat but replentish on protien, vegetables and supplements of these things in taking little calories while actively exercising.
