Nice one Aprilsky, after our sticky start in threads previous, I've really enjoyed reading this thread, stars throughout, even one to undo and thats as rare as rocking horse err pooh, I watched The Dark Crystal last night and was reminded of this thread.
Again thanks for the clarity the earlier threads were so opaque, why did you previously avoid openness?
And that the blood is the Word, is testified by the blood of Abel, the righteous interceding with God.
For the blood would never have uttered a voice, had it not been regarded as the Word: for the righteous man of old is the type of the new righteous one; and the blood of old that interceded, intercedes in the place of the new blood. And the blood that is the Word cries to God, since it intimated that the Word was to suffer.
Further, this flesh, and the blood in it, are by a mutual sympathy moistened and increased by the milk. And the process of formation of the seed in conception ensues when it has mingled with the pure residue of the menses, which remains. For the force that is in the seed coagulating the substances of the blood, as the rennet curdles milk, effects the essential part of the formative process. For a suitable blending conduces to fruitfulness;
*The blood points out to us the Word (Logos), for as rich blood the Word (Logos) has been infused into life*; and the union of both is the Lord, the food of the babes—the Lord who is Spirit and Word (Logos). The food— that is, the Lord Jesus— that is, the Word (Logos) of God, the Spirit made flesh, the heavenly flesh sanctified. The nutriment is the *milk of the Father*, by which alone we infants are nourished. The Word (Logos) Himself, then, the beloved One, and our nourisher, has shed His own blood for us, to save humanity; and by Him, we, believing on God, flee to the Word (Logos), “the care-soothing breast” of the Father. . . . And since *the Word (Logos) is the gushing fountain of life, and has been called a river of olive oil*, Paul, using appropriate figurative language, and calling Him milk, adds: “I have given you to drink;” 1 Corinthians 3:2 for we drink in the Word (Logos), the nutriment of the truth. . . .
Some also hold the hypothesis, that the seed of an animal is in substance the foam of the blood, which being by the natural heat of the male agitated and shaken out is turned into foam, and deposited in the seminal veins. For Diogenes Apollionates will have it, that hence is derived the word aphrodisia.

Scared Christian writings have been a production area privatised by men, from which woman and even the virgin have been excluded. Male theology is the area of W/word of God or the 'Spermatic Word' (Logos Spermatikos).
Christine Battersby has produced an interesting work on this point in her book Gender and Genius Towards a feminist Aesthetics (Battersby 1989). According the Battersby, the new testament Logos or Word of God (who is described in John 1:1 'In the beginning was the word) has been associated with the capacity to produce rational (male) discourses. Logos is then a concept which took substantial meaning from ancient Greek thought and Roman Stoicism in the concept of Spermatic Word (Battersby 1989: 8,49).
That Spermatic word is the word of origins, the word and embodiment of God the father who produces praxis (action and thoughts) by a process we might call "Spermatogenesis'. This Spermatogenesis is the creation of discourses of rationality of the testes (testicles: the place of the divine testimony) of God. From Gods testicles, as his divine witness, we find a process of auto-dissemination from the word from which woman in Christianity have been excluded. Therefore God the father is the scribe of his lonely creational pleasures, for his is the pen/is (Battersby 1989:50) the power and the glory.
Greek philosophy In Ancient Greece, Aristotle remarked on the importance of semen: "For Aristotle, semen is the residue derived from nourishment, that is of blood, that has been highly concocted to the optimum temperature and substance. This can only be emitted by the male as only the male, by nature of his very being, has the requisite heat to concoct blood into semen." According to Aristotle, there is a direct connection between food and semen: "Sperms are the excretion of our food, or to put it more clearly, as the most perfect component of our food."
Additionally, "Aristotle tells us that the region round the eyes was the region of the head most fruitful of seed ("most seedy" σπερματικώτατος), pointing to generally recognised effects upon the eyes of sexual indulgence and to practices which imply that seed comes from liquid in the region of the eyes." This may be explained by the belief of the Pythagoreans that "semen is a drop of the brain [τὸ δε σπέρμα εἶναι σταγόνα ἐγκέφαλου]."
Greek Stoic philosophy conceived of the Logos spermatikos ("seminal word") as the principle of active reason that fecundated passive matter. The Jewish philosopher Philo similarly spoke in sexual terms of the Logos as the masculine principle of reason that sowed seeds of virtue in the feminine soul.
The Christian Platonist Clement of Alexandria likened the Logos to physical blood as the "substance of the soul," and noted that some held "that the animal semen is substantially foam of its blood". Clement reflected an early Christian view that "the seed ought not be wasted nor scattered thoughtlessly nor sown in a way it cannot grow."

The Drakh are a race of bipedal humanoids, distinguishable for their tough scale-like outer skin and two prominent crests that bend around towards the back of the skull. It's unknown to what extent the Drakh have been modified by their masters, but they are known to have a specialised pouch on the upper left side of the chest, used to nourish and bond with newborn keepers before they are implanted on a chosen host.
Born with a high degree of self awareness but no sense of being or purpose, a keeper is immediately bonded to a Drakh. Driven only by instinct it digs its still short and stubby tendrils into the specialised nourishing pouch on the Drakh's chest and becomes a part of the Drakh Entire as a whole, though it will always remain especially responsive to the individual Drakh to which it bonds. Once bonded to a Drakh the keeper quickly matures and an exceptional specimen can become fully grown in as little as three days and ready to be implanted
