OR if the only opposing party completely jumps the shark by offering up nothing other than joke candidates like Bachman, Trump, Pawlenty, etc.

Obama winning wont be evidence of election fraud. It will be evidence of the GOP intentionally losing.

There is far too much that will take place from now until November 2012 which tells me that Obama will remain President, De Facto!
