Cops Just Love Those Tasers - Mentally Handicapped Boy Tasered, Pepper Sprayed and Hog Tied

I think "their" objective is the following:

To piss off the masses to get the desired results which are:
A) They (The people) either become fearful and surrender their liberties.
B) They (The people) revolt and give enough "reason" for Martial-Law to be declared and they will be forced to surrender their liberties.
C) A combination of A and B which is the most probable and scary one IMO.

It is nothing wrong with that boy, if he can ride a bike then its nothing mental about him.
He was probably mouthing off at them and said something very wrong...he deserved it!

Our dignified police officers go through to much in protecting the citizens of this great nation, and do not deserve to be disrespected in no way shape or form.

Hopefully this will be a lesson to the lil boy and his lying as mother.

As of now, there seem to be more sources coming out with this. If this was not true, you would think that by now, it would be easy to find at least one source with an opposing viewpoint. Regardless, how do you know that she is lying? Is there any actual evidence pointing to this claim of yours, aside from your own opinion?

Let's look at this from a slightly different viewpoint. What if Jesse was not a mentally challenged minor. What if Jesse was an average 18 year old.

So far, the details have not provided any good reason for the officers to lay a single hand upon him, yet alone a reason to chase him into his house, taser him, beat him, arrest him, charge him.....

Disrespect is now a punishable crime?

Jesse became confused when Hooper began shouting, though, and began heading back to his house to have his mother help communicate for him. There on his front steps, two officers fired their Tasers.

In a civil complaint filed in Dayton County this week, Ford says that officers Hooper and John Howard entered the home and struggled with her son. She says Jesse was standing against a door with his hands in front of his face, pleading “Please quit, please quit.”

Now Ford and an attorney are seeking damages from Dayton and Hooper and Howard for false imprisonment, false arrest, malicious prosecution, assault, battery, excessive use of force, infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy.

The plaintiffs have not yet specified how much they will be seeking, other than it should total at least $300,000. Richard Boucher, a Dayton attorney for over 23 years, will be representing the family.

Let me explain something about people and life, that officer is not going to do all that for no good reason, and obviously, this thread is only listing to the woman’s side of the story.

She is a liar and her son is very disrespectful and deserved all of what he got, he should of kept his mouth shut, I get tired of people always using the handicap card to get money or make stupid excuses to justify their disrespectful actions.

Is it not possible that he was already extremely angry from something that happened prior to this, and he let his anger cloud his own judgement?

That’s all im saying, when the police tell their side of the story then I might change my view, but other then that, im listning to one side of a woman’s lie and her disrespectful sons foul lil pie hole mouth.

A police will some times over react to a situation.
However, a police will never just act for no reason; something gave those cops a reason to act, even if was an over reaction, something happened in which they acted to…Period!

One thing that was said that sticks out more then anything…‘the police knew the family’

I dug up the court case and must say that it looks like the police are at fault here and that Jesse will at least be rewarded judgements for the violent acts against him though I doubt it will fully comensate for his distress.

Based on your comments you come across as thinking we should trust authority and not question it.

That's pretty dangerous if you are worried about your personal freedoms.

I don't know what causes people to do the things that they do. I have read quite a bit of information about serial killers over the years. [color=FBB117]At times, the human mind can be a very brutal and sadistic place. I try to not make assumptions about what any individual may or may not, be capable of.
