Secret Base located in San Diego

Over the years I have heard stories about a secret military base located in San Diego....specifically east of miramar air station (also east of the I15) and North of the 52....this is not the old wharehouse looking buildings that sit right next to 15 this is back in the hills probably 4 miles east of Miramar....

I have had multiple friends that where 4 wheeling back there and get chased out numerous times by the military....One of my buddies made it all the way there but didnt get too close due to security coming towards him in their jeeps......wish I still had my dirt bike I would check it out myself...

its a training area for the ground forces...
