Questions About Twin Connections

Greetings to all..
I am starting this thread to ask a few questions really..I have recently found out that I'm carrying twins, so now the shock of the news has started to settle, new thoughts have began on many many stories I have come across over the years of 'paranormal' events between twins, that they can be more vunerable to spirit realm curiousity, and are often more energy sensitive to both eachother as well as the world around them.. so really, I would love to hear from anyone that has any imput into this topic, either those who have twins themselves or know of true events concerning the paranormal aspects of twins, any feeback would be greatly appreciated! I have always been very energy sensitive myself and would just like maybe a bit of heads up on what may be to come!

First off congratulations.I'm a 27 year old man and have a fraternal twin brother.We have not had any paranormal type expiriences,but have a very close bond.Our senses of humor are like mirrors almost, it is kind od uncanny, and we can just generally tell each others mood and state of mind without even really talking at length. However all this might be attributed to knowing each other for so long.

We have become much closer since the age of 15 when we had a tragic accident in our family.As young kids like in grade school we fought a lot, and had an intense rivalry in almost all things,never hate but just a competitive nature between us.So I guess if your twins fight a lot as young kids,it may be somewhat normal and as they grow into adults they will probably become closer.Or at least that is my expirience, and I'm sure it differs with everybody to some degree.Good Luck.

Yes congratulations! I really like the "twins having a jibberish conversation" clip, too. I guess a bunch of people made translations, and this one is my favorite (very ATS minded in parts). The Cobra escaping the Bronx Zoo news is a few months old but it's still really great and extremely halarious. we have non identical twins boy/girl and they fight like
cat and dog and then seconds later are very protective
of each other but upto now no paranormal stuff sorry

hi i am a mirror twin as a child we fought hard and played hard. i can sometimes tell he is going to call me before the phone rings

Being a twin myself ( 40 year old and 10 minutes older ) first off congrats and good luck ( your gonna need it ), I can tell you that my brother and I are now totally different, but when we were younger we got upto all sorts of mischief.
Stories from my mother like when we were 1 and 2 without talking to each other ( not that you can really hold a cogent discusion and understand it at that age ) my brother and I would sort things out together. One example was to get out of a room one would stand on the other to open the door handle and get out,
I think there isn't now but there may have been some sort of psychic bond between us, and sometimes a little bit of a bond still as the above poster quoted, I'll think about ringing him and he fones me instead.

I have boy-girl twins and although they currently don't like each other very much (they're 12) I can definitely say that they seem to know each other even better than we do.

One of them, the boy, is very energy sensitive and he has been since he was a baby. At 12, he still sleeps with the lights on.

I am the older (by 60 seconds, c-section) half twin (rare!). Half identical... Doctors argue about us all the time. Me and my sister were born from different placentas but we share everything identical except height and weight. Even our voices sound the same! Interesting thing is our blood types are the same, and we happen to have type "o", so God forbid anything should happen... at least I know I can get blood from her

As kids my parents would dress us up the same. It was annoying after a certain age. Please dont force your kids to do that (after they become aware of self identities). Just sayin.. lol.

Me and my sister were very sensitive to each other. We were each others best friends, and worst enemies. Being separated from one another caused a lot of anxiety. When my sister moved 2 hours away when we turn 17 it was one of the hardest things in my life to accept. We were always together. We had our own separate friends and interests, but we couldn't be apart for long.

Me and my sister can feel each others emotions and stress's. Even though my sister lives hours away, I can tell when she is stressed out or something bad is happening.

When I was a child she was riding her bike outside while I was sleeping on the couch. Apparently I suddenly woke up and started screaming for my mother, telling her to help my sister, that she is in trouble and she is hurt. Well, turns out she fell off her bike in the middle of the street. She twisted her ankle and couldn't get up off the road.

during our school years, i remember one school I went to, there was 7 SETS of twins in ONE class!
Imagine how the teacher felt! lol. I remember getting into the local paper because of that

You're in for a fun ride ahead. Sometimes its a roller coaster sometimes its a never ending merry go round.

I have identical twin daughter who are about to turn 5 years old and they never fail to amaze me and my wife. Just when I think I have them figured out behaviorally they flip back and forth. They definitely have different personalities and indentities now that they are older. They can fight like wild cats and then snuggle together on the couch 5 minutes later. They sometimes speak for each other and finish each other's sentences.

Every day is a new day with our double blessings. As they develop keep your eyes open for signs that they may be mirror image twins. It's rare but fascinating. I met a set of mirror image twins at the annual Twins Day Festival in Twinsburg Ohio last year. Amazing! right down to opposite parts in their hair and opposing swirls in their cowlicks.

The twins i am carrying arent going to be identical, so that might bring its own differences in how they interact all together, they have seperate placentas and hearing the heartbeats the guess is its one boy and one girl.. I have been kind of freaked out at a lot of thoughts caused mainly (i admit) by horror films and gossip as to twins being more 'magnetic' so to say to outside forces, so so far in these replies i am relieved to see that its not always the case!

Good question. I have twin aunts though they are fraternal, not identical, so none of the twin connection thing. Though I don't think you necessarily have a twin to do that.

But they were gemini. So being twins and gemini, they particularly had weird problems. Pictures falling off the wall, glass smashing. I heard enough stories that I was afraid to spend the night with them in the house, though it has calmed down over the years.

I do remember being told that there were several times where stuff happened, and they were never invited back to that friend's house again.

I have 22 year old fraternal twins (Boy & Girl). They have a very close bond but can also be arch enemies. Strangely enough I'm Gemini. I also have identical twin brothers. My brothers have a much closer relationship then my twins. They are inseparable. They do have a kind of cosmic awareness of each other.

Words of wisdom ... "What does not kill us makes us stronger". For reasons you are about to experience these words kept me sane.

I don't have any stories to add, I just thought I would mention a book that I read on this subject that was pretty good and that you might find interesting to read, there is a whole lot of research in it regarding anomalous experiences between twins - it's called 'Twin Telepathy' and it's by Guy Lyon Playfair (the same guy who investigated the Enfield Poltergeist along with Maurice Grosse).

Thank you for your reply and words of wisdom!! lol.. i will certainly remember that, having a nine year old son already i am hoping that at least helped me prepare somewhat at least..but the one i remembered with him was 'pick your battles'..the fun part to all this, is the twins will be fire signs, my nine year olds a fire sign and the father to the twins is a fire sign! this should get interesting lol

I know children are always the more suseptable in matters of energies and dimensional shifts/beings etc..so i am thinking two with the same mind power would attract a fair bit of a attention!
