Syrian opposition delegation visits Moscow

MOSCOW (AP) — A Kremlin Mideast envoy told a visiting Syrian opposition delegation on Tuesday that Russia sees no other friend in Syria than its people, saying "leaders come and go."

Mikhail Margelov's comments signal a possible softening of Russia's position toward opposition activists and their protests in Syria, which for three months have been trying to break President Bashar Assad's iron grip on power.

Looks like the beginning of the end for the Assad regime.

Russia changing its stance to one which seems supportive of the people of Syria instead of the Syrian regime marks marks the beginning of the end for Assad's reign.

President Assad is losing a very important and powerful ally. Without the backing of Russia, It's only a matter of time for his regime to topple.

I just hope The West doesn't start bombi- I mean FREEING the sh!t out Syria....
Let's just let them carry out their own revolution, shall we? I'm sure THE PEOPLE know what's best for THE PEOPLE.

What happens when the revolution is backed into a corner, with their numbers cut in half?

All of these people know in the back of their head, that the US will stop the killing if it gets too bad.

Its easy to walk across the grand canyon on a tight rope, if you have a safety harness...

Its a whole different story, to try with no safe guards.

Remember you said you thought the US should stay out of it.. I think we should stay out of ALL of them... Let the world police themselves.. Stop sending Aide to countries that hate us.. STOP selling our technology to others.....Stop every red cent being sent to other countries.. Any and ALL cut off immediately!! Close all bases, stop protecting ANYONE, including Israel!

Sit back and wait to be attacked... Then annihilation is our response!

Addressing the bold part in your reply.
That would be political suicide, probably followed by the destruction of the USA as a 1st world nation.
Don't get me wrong, I know you intend good for the USA and the rest of the world but the US just has too many skeletons in its closet to step back now. It's too late for that, what's done is done. Giving away that much power will weaken the USA massively and make it easier to for another superpower to assume the USA's role as world-police.
That could be followed by a massive war waged against the USA for all the sh!t that has been done in its name in the past few decades.

My opinion is that the best course of action would be the formation of a GOOD and MORAL world-police by the people, for the people (Maybe if the American people somehow rediscover the "American Spirit" and revolt against the corruption and follow that by a good/moral leadership and foreign policy.). As long as corruption and "evil" exists, there needs to be something equally strong with the exact opposite agenda ("good") that can keep things balanced. People need a leader, an Alpha-Male if I may put it like that. It's human nature- we can't deny that we are not animals just because we are more self-aware and intelligent.

Unfortunately, the "evil" right now are the TPTB that are controlling the USA and are using its military to wage war and profit in many different ways. Everything that's happening is to increase their power and profit (Note: THEY are not the USA, THEY don't care about the USA. The best interest of the USA is not their goal. Their primary goal is MORE power, MORE money, MORE control etc. They don't serve any known nation or religion.)

If the west interferes, it will cause more bloodshed. I know that as a FACT because I know that the goal would be MORE power, MORE slavery- NOT the freedom of the Syrian people. Assad was/is one of their puppets. Nothing will change as long as we allow them control our nations, our weapons and resources and for example let our military swear allegiance to them (indirectly and unknowingly) when they graduate military school.

This is NOT about the USA or Europe or China or Russia. This is NOT about being Muslim, Christian, Hindu or Jew. This is about a group of people who will do everything to remain in power by manipulating the masses.
This is a global group of people with its critical elements scattered all around the world. Two of those critical elements are the US MIC and the criminal "banking cartels". We need to start exposing them before it is too late. Before most of us are turned into Mindless FOX-Watching, McDonalds-eating, War-Supporting drones who are unable to differentiate right from wrong and attack the ones who still have a shred of dignity, justice and honor left.
