The paedophile jailed over the death of Baby P will be free in six weeks and is demanding an expensive new identity.

Jason Owen, 39, who was convicted of causing or allowing the death of Peter Connelly, wants taxpayers to pay for plastic surgery so he can ‘start a new life’ under a different name.

I guess this is no big surprise for people living in the UK where wrongdoers are often rewarded.

Perhaps expecting facial surgery is a long shot but I'm sure the family of the toddler who was tortured and beaten to death will happily rearrange this man's face and make him unrecognisable.

Actually, mate, it isn't when he expects the Government (ie; the British Taxpayer) to foot the bill.

If he was willing to cough up on surgery and a new identiy for himself, that's one thing, but to demand the State pay for it is another.

I can not believe that soul less monster is free in 6 months as a uk citizen i am outraged what happened to justice.
It wouldn't surprise me if the sun paper who reported all the horrid details will expose his new identity no matter what plastic surgery he gets.
I believe in khama and i hope he gets it back 10 fold.

I'm more disgusted at the fact he is going to be released in 6 weeks. What he, and the other two pieces of *beep* put that poor little boy through was horrendous.
If he's getting such a lenient sentence then the least the system can do is refuse his id change. He will WISH he'd been given a life sentence.
And don't anyone dare preach the human rights rubbish at me, people like that lose their human rights the minute they torture and murder a baby.

Sure why not. Then he can go do it again without getting caught for who knows how long. He would have no reason not to continue his vile ways. After all he basically got away with it this time and then gets rewarded to go do it again under an assumed name and identity. Maybe its the law and officials that need to be held accountable. You blame the guy for trying. You can blame the authorities for allowing.

I am so FURIOUS just reading that. This POS abused that child so badly that they considered the pics too gruesome to be shown in court....so they created a CGI for the court to see. This man is a monster, along with the so called Mother! He deserves nothing but grief. I read the story of this beautiful child a year or so ago, and I cried ....I could not imagine the pain this baby endured. For those of you who do not know this case, you can read it here....but it's very disturbing.

A post-mortem revealed he had swallowed a tooth after being punched. Other injuries included a broken back, broken ribs, having the tips of fingers sliced off, and nails pulled out

Hmmm this thing is disgusting and reeks similarities with another high profile UK case! They will probably send this pig and his family to Australia, Canada or South Africa under new identities! Hmmmmm This reeks!

Maybe they should give him a very unique face, that is recognizable at a distance, then paste his new face and deeds all over.

Or better yet, agree to it, also agree that after the transplant all papers will be destroyed, and no one will be allowed to tell anyone his new identity. Then feed him to the sharks. If anyone asks about it, "he has a new face and id, and I am not allowed to reveal it". Good for him I am not in a position to make this happen.

In this case an eye for an eye would be justifiable. The social workers saw him over 60 times and did nothing. This is how evil the mother was.....her boyfriend loved to punch the baby in the mouth (which is why the tooth showed up in his colon)....since this left massive bruises, the mother would give him a candy bar when she knew the social workers were coming.....and smeared the chocolate all over the bruises so they wouldn't see!!!! So the social workers don't see anything but chocolate on his little face. These people were pigs. The mother would leave him in his blood spattered room (from all the beatings he took) while she stayed online watching porn. The lowest of the low. It breaks my heart so bad it hurts.
