My News Story Dream

I had a very weird but realistic dream lately about a family who had stolen a small monkey type animal from a zoo or sanctury. The family had children and the animal made them quite sick as it carried a certain bacteria, the parents had to own up to what they had done so that the kids could be treated correctly. The news story became quite popular and some people were saying it serves them right.

This dream seams very familiar to me, almost like it has actually happened but I can't find any record of it online.

there was a movie called outbreak which sounds kinda like that, the monkey virus part anyway lol

The HIV outbreak? Thats what most people hypothesize.

I've just watched the news clip on the escaped monkey, I wonder where they will find it. I've not seen the movies mentioned but I can't shake off the feeling that this event has already actually happened. Thanks for the replies, if it turns out the escaped monkey was stolen by a family and the kids get sick then i'll make sure I post all my weird dreams in future! )
