So, it appears that lulzsec is really a small team of hackers who are obssesed with their media attention, suspicious of other hackers and most of all, they engineerd their own campaign of mis-information to make people believe that they were sponsored by the US government.
The fact that made their own mis-information campaign reminds me of some of the posts here of people saying they were part of the US propagation machine, makes me see that people must have saw those rumors or infact, those that say those things were part of lulzsec mis-info campaign.
Also, some members are linked to anonymous. And one of the members left the group after the attack on an FBI affiliated site earlier this month.
They were the ones, as anonymous, that named bradley manning to authorities as the person that leaked the cables to wikileaks. While pretending to be Adrian Lamo, the leader of the ficticious CIA agents.
Well what we have leard is that this small group is simply enjoying thier media attention, but maybe not for very long.edit on 24-6-2011 by lilstu21 because: (no reason given)edit on 24-6-2011 by lilstu21 because: (no reason given)edit on 24-6-2011 by lilstu21 because: Thread renameedit on 24-6-2011 by lilstu21 because: (no reason given)
