Legal Fiction - Birth Certificate

How can I tell if my birth certificate is legal fiction?
After countless searches on here and the internet all I get is that if on your birth certificate it has your name in capitals then it is legal fiction.

What if mines says : Ben Thomas Woods

Is it still legal fiction?

In fact it is all very interesting, but from 6 nminutes relates to what you are talking about, also if you search john harris on the tube, you will find more of his stuff that explains it in greater detail, that 1 is a quickie.
