I have just had a quick look on a local forum in that area and nobody has mentioned this. If this thing was hovering for all to see then they would be on it like a shot. I think this is a hoax.

Whatever it is, these aliens need to hire new designers ASAP, because the craft looks like a flying sardines can.

They did just tweet, 8 minutes ago, "cops all over the place".
Though, my instinct would be to say it's a hoax, as well.

Again, another fake/ none paranormal/ pretend post.

The photo that we lightened the picture on clearly shows a road and a telephone poll with some car or building shining light at it and 2 metal tag on the poll shining.

Tell your friend to use his flash next time. It's clearly a picture from outside looking into a window with lights through mostly closed venetian blinds.

Smells like someone wants some more followers on his twitter account? Then just post a lot of premade pictures together with a fake story? and also the way that the "craft" is lit, looks really wierd, unless someone is pointing a couple or strong flashlights on it..
