A friends 3am experience

I don't normally post in this sub forum as I tend to keep my opinions on the metaphysical to myself. However, a friend of mine had an experience last night that I can not define and I need some help with this.

Here is his story.

Last night while sleeping, he was having dreams that were, as he described it, more than real. The dream involved his long time girlfriend/fiance/mother of his child and an unknown woman. He was at a restaurant and both of them were there. It was like that generic TV sitcom where the guy bags more than he can handle. Well, amidst this very real dream and the stresses the situation of the dream were impressing upon him, he awoke. He said he looked at the DVR box on his dresser and it was exactly 3am. Keep in mind this is EST.

When he awoke from the dream, he saw five orbs hovering side by side, floating in his hallway outside of his bedroom. These orbs were a deep slightly illuminated blue and almost more of an oval shape than a circle. These orbs emitted what he described as sparks like the type that firework sparklers let off. This all lasted maybe two minutes, then they gradually faded from sight.

He also said that during this event, he felt no fear or threat, but calm and peaceful.

Any input on this would be welcome. We will be checking back throughout the evening to see if perhaps the illustrious ATS community can provide my friend with an answer. Thanks in advance for any input and time you may give.

He also said he has been waking up around this same time a few nights a week now for the last few weeks. There was one particular time where he had fallen asleep on the couch and woke up right at 3am and felt a presence in the living room. He said he felt unsettled and got up and went to bed.

Was the girlfriend long dead? I mean this kind of incidents happen due to a dead relative.

No, He lives with her now. He has been with her for about 10 years.

Shes a beautiful cherubic 2 year old alive and well.

I believe most likely the child has a latent psychic ability. Watch out for any unusual thing

Something I should have put in the original post. He also said he has been waking up around this same time a few nights a week now for the last few weeks. There was one particular time where he had fallen asleep on the couch and woke up right at 3am and felt a presence in the living room. He said he felt unsettled and got up and went to bed.

its weird you mention 3 am. some poeple say that the time between12am-3am is the time when ghosts and devils are the strongest. so there maybe some cannection to this with the story

keep in mind i said GHOSTS and devils. ghosts are not always evil. i was more think most supernatural activity

However much I'd like to say that this is indeed paranormal activity, I have experienced something similar.

I once had an awful dream about drowning in the ocean, I woke up and saw fish literally everywhere I looked. I think this phenomena can be explained scientifically.

Perhaps you guys should buy a Ouija board, you can get one on Amazon for like 10 bucks.

I've have felt this presence myself about 2 years ago, I woke straight up out of a deep sleep and said.."who's there?~!" .. 10 secs pass and the 'feeling' went away .. I went straight back to sleep.. this happened on a few occasions actually...

One night I woke right up laying on my side but eyes wide open & just laid there listening to someone/some thing punching the buttons rapidly on the digital alarm clock as if they were fiddling with the clock to make it work some how..... seriously~!

any ways.. I still have no explanation for these happenings.. but they are definitely on the increase..

Last night~I was talking to a friend of mine in our living room and had the Bluetooth ear piece in when I distinctly heard a woman moan from my right ear~!

As for the Orbs, that would have been awesome to capture on video.. ~! I'm still investigating what Orbs actually are.. I've capture one in film but to distiant to get to good pic up close.. however, if you laugh or make an angry emotion, then immediately take a picture.. an orb will sitting just above their head in a different color with each emotion.

Hey everyone, This is the friend referred to here.

The situation that happened has taken over my whole day. I am confused and wonder why this happened. I did not want anyone to know really. I just am trying to find people that may have had similar experiences. I spent alot of my time researching what it was just to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I found alot of people referencing arch-angel Michael.

My friend said the orbs were visible for two minutes but actually it was maybe 20 seconds before they faded. Also, DCL said that I saw these from my bedroom. I was actually asleep in my living room on the couch asleep, not in my bed. After my dream, I was startled to the point that I sat upright. Given the fact that I have had experiences in the middle of the night my first reaction was to look at the time. My DVR box under my TV read exactly 3am. the moment I looked at the clock I could see something to the left and I looked over.

At first I thought that I was seeing maybe something from a reflection or coming through the small window in my front door. Immediately at that point I realized this was something very strange that I've never seen before in my entire life. At this point I was brought to full attention out of my sleep and I noticed five or six deep blue balls the size of tennis or soft balls but not quite round. They were more oval shaped. These balls were flashing in and out, surrounded by just little sparkles like you would see from a sparkler on the fourth of July. It was like a cluster of sorts, hovering towards the ceiling approximately ten to twelve feet from my left at an angle.
The Presence made me feel like everything was OK, but I still wanted to see what I was looking at. As I walked towards it, it was still there. I turned against it to look out the small window of my door to make sure that nothing could be illuminating my hallway from outside.

In case you are wondering, the window in my door is approx. 3in by 3 in. Even if something was shooting through the window, there is no way it could have displayed what I witnessed.

I'm going to close here. Even though I did not feel at all fearful, I did choose to go to my bedroom where my fiance was and go to sleep in the bed.

Bumping in the hopes that some fresh eyes see this and may be able to shed some more light on this experience.

Can anyone confirm what my friend posted above about these orbs being related to the Arch Angle Michael?

I would NOT get a Oujia board, i have never used one and i never intend to, do not try and play with what you dont understand. It is extremely dangerous.

Speaking from my own experience here, but Arc Angel Michael has to do more with protection matters, and when someone is feeling fear.

When you have family matters, it's Arc Angel Gabriel you should call, or who more likely would be sending you dreams, and orbs.

Interesting that the orbs were blue. That color is usually associated with healing. Perhaps someone has been ill in your family lately?

Thanks for the info about Michael and Gabriel. I had no idea. As far as any sickness for him and his family, nothing out of the ordinary. His daughter gets sick a lot, but she's 2 and goes to daycare. Any parent will understand what I mean by that.

Hi DerbyCityLights, I hope you don't mind me posting my experience also.

I was staying at my Mum and Dad's place with my then girlfriend.
We were fast asleep and I was disturbed from sleep by a bright blue light, I opened my eyes to a dark room but my girlfriend was sat bolt upright in bed, I asked her what was wrong and she described a bright blueish glowing ball hovering around the room.

I didn't see it myself but believed her as I was disturbed from sleep by the bright light.

This was about 10 years ago now but her Grandad had died fairly recently prior to that event, I don't know if that's relevent or not.
